    Sportsbook.com

I did some betting online through them for the past 14-15 months and back around Christmas (5-6 weeks ago) I requested a withdrawal and went their their process of getting all the required documentation in and requested the withdrawal. They said I couldn't request a wire so I requested a check in the mail. They said it would take 4-6 weeks. After about 4 weeks I received a message from them saying that if I contact them that they'd be willing to do a wire so I did. They then said it would take 9-13 business days. That was about 2 weeks ago and today I received a message from them saying they had a technical problem and that the funds had been credited back to my account and I'd basically have to start over again.

I was worried I would have an issue with them when I go to pull out my funds as I've never heard anything good about them (after opening the account). I contacted them through live chat and the guy basically read me the email 3 more times as I kept trying to find out what problem had occured. He finally told me that it was not a problem with my bank account and was a problem on their end.

Is there someone on this site that I can talk to that has a contact at Sportsbook.com that can assist me with this? The last thing I want is to wait another 5-6 weeks and have them come back and tell me the same exact thing again.

I've had several other issues with them in the past as well with them cancelling wagers hours after the match ended where I won and crediting me back the amount of the wager and no winnings even on reasonable lines done before the match. Of course that has never happened on a losing wager. I would highly advise everyone stay away from them. Worst experience I've had with any online sportsbook.

Your best bet is to fill out an SBR complaint form. But even then good luck

Thanks I just filled one out. It is incredible how poorly they treat bettors. I have no idea how they stay in business. I would expect people would stay away from them. I know I opened one there but it was recommended to me. I have had accounts at BoDog and 5dimes and my experience with both of those sites has been and continues to be great.

I've had nothing but trouble with sportsbook. Is this common knowledge here? Just curious if anyone has had similar experiences with them.

they are just scammers, they the abiltity payout promtly, choose not to. I'd be willing bet at anytime during the two months they take pay you contact them and cancel the withdrawl.
