They have not given jokerfly their side of the story. That is for sure. They have given him the run around. I have pulled my funds from there. Bet at Wsex, Greek, Bookmaker, and 5 Dimes this weekend. Having confidence I'm going to get paid is important to me. It is also important to support victims who are geting ripped off.

I did not make a $500 deposit and immediately bet it all on a single hand of blackjack. Obviously my max bet size increased in accordance with my balance. As I have said many times, my balance went all the way up to $40,000, and from $40,000, down to nothing but a pending bet on the Packers Monday night money line. That fact alone should prove to any naysayers that in no way did I somehow have a handle on the system.

Again, had the Packer's not have won, I would have never had the $3,000 I used to get the account to where it sits at now. From the $3,000 that resulted from the Packers winning, I went to roughly $23,000 that night, then to $43,000 the next night, at which point I requested a $40,000 withdrawal. Although I requested the $40,000 withdrawal after my run to $43,000, the money was not removed from my account immediately. I continued to play, and on the 3rd day from the time at which my account had no value except for a pending bet, I took it up nearly another $30,000 to the point it remains at now which is $71,230. Following this final run, my account was frozen.

Raiders...1 more thing. What would your stance be if my Packer's bet would not have won? At one point during that weekend, I had a $40,000 balance, and by Monday night, I only had a $1,500 pending bet to show for it. Would it have been too unbelievable that I pissed away that much money that fast playing blackjack with their max bet size? In a 1 hour span that Saturday night (technically 1AM Sunday morning 10/28), I pissed away $20,000. In that 1 hour, my account fell from about $32,000 to $12,000. Would you have been on my side then saying that it would have been impossible to lose $20,000 in 1 hour with their max bet size?

i think its pretty reasonable for somebody on a winning streek to keep playing. unfortunately, it's the guys who are on losing streaks that don't take a little time off.

Although many people here have voiced that it should not matter if 44 separate computers were used, it absolutely was not the case.

They have admitted the possibility that my computer was tagged multiple times, but without the information they are waiting on from their security company, it is impossible for them to reach any conclusion one way or the other.

I am giving BOL the benefit of the doubt that they really are seeing what they claim to be seeing and that everything will in the end be sorted out. They have not said they are not going to pay me, only that they need an explanation from their security company before anything else. If for any reason BOL comes out with a "side to the story", it will not be before that time.

I should note that I received an email from BOL's casino manager yesterday just to keep me posted. He said that although they still did not have any new information, that he'd be pushing for an answer on Monday or Tuesday of this upcoming week. If you feel inclined to take a position regarding my integrity, or pertaining to the integrity of BOL, it in my opinion would be premature to do so before that time.

Sure that was one of his mistakes. I made the same mistake keeping a similiar amount in neteller, and having it frozen for 6 months.

I requested 3 withdrawals of 4 figures each from them over the last month to test the waters.

These tests went fine; but I have taken my funds out of there pending this current issue.

Jesus Christ! The guy had 3 million in action! If he was betting $500 per hand that is 6,000 bets. If he was taking screenshots for every bet he would have run out of hard drive space on his PC.

It is possible to go on a hot streak three nights in a row. I once turned $1000 dollar balance playing BJ single deck using basic strategy making $500 bets for about a couple hours and turned it into $10,000 at which point I cashed out. If you can go from $40,000 to 0 in one day why can't you go from $3,000 to $70,000?

I admire the guy's guts for doing so. I think it's easy to do it at 2 oclock in the morning sober at your home playing online than actually being in the casino with all the distractions and the free drinks.

Yes, I submitted the complaint form Wednesday morning. Aside from Raider, no one has questioned my integrity. All of Raider's attempts to poke a hole in my story have more or less been dismissed, and I think even Raider is starting to realize that.

I myself have said that I'm giving BOL the benefit of the doubt. To jump to the conclusion that they are not on the up and up or that they do not have honest intentions would be premature. The primary reason behind me saying that was to make sure BOL got a fair shake too. You had made mention of "their side of the story" and I was simply pointing out that their side of the story was pending on whatever they are waiting on. I am confident it will confirm everything I've said, and if that is the case, there won't be another "side to the story".

Nice U-turn that raiders has done. First of all he thought that the player was a scammer (being unable to understand the statistical significance of what the player did). Now he's made a complete U-turn, placing himself in favour of the player and put himself in (what he thinks is) a win-win situation.

If the player is a scammer then he'll claim he knew that at the start. If the player isn't a scammer, he can have a go at SBR for the quality of their sponsors. For someone who has forwarded more players to their doom that just about anyone else on the forums, that would be incredibly ironic.

There are a ton of things that made me believe that something's not right with jokerfly's story. New poster, may have ghost new poster, doesn't know what ghost is, leaves high amounts in book with a low initial deposit, but I may be 100% wrong.

Also, just because his story isn't 100% true doesn't mean that he shouldn't be paid.

Many players come to the board when they first have a problem. That is how a lot of us ended up here, myself included.

JokerFly, BOL and SBR are waiting for report back from the casino mgr, who asked for an audit from the casino software company, DGS. That is expected shortly.
