Do you know a specific fact suggesting he is dishonest? If so, please share. I do not know of a single instance of Richard behaving dishonorably at any shop.

So far betphoenix has been great. I lost about 5gs, requested a payout of remaining 2500gs. I got it within 1 week. Redeposited after Christmas and so far I have won about 9gs from them. Chased plays like crazy. 2000gs here, 1500gs there and I am still at max limits. Now I'm not sure if they will pay out in a timely manner, but I will be requesting a withdrawl soon so we shall see...

I Have been playing with Phoenix for few months now and I have been winning. I have request my payout last week by check and have not receive it yet. They are really slow!!! If you do ** will take about 4 days!!! Very bad.

As for the limits, I play with betonline and won lot of money, they cut my limit to $5 LOL. But they payout is fast! and I got all my money out. You can bannk wire up to ~10k/payout. LOL

When Richard was at Cascade (A book that ripped off a lot of people including me) When I originally deposited I asked to speak to someone because i had questions about the book. I was transferred to Richard. I asked him numerous question all of which he answered to my satisfaction (ie stability of book, payout timeframes, etc). I made a deposit. It was only months later when they would not pay that I found out that when I talked to Richard was right at the same time they stopped paying people.Not very honest!!!!
