I don't know if thats the normal policy.I originally called them on Tuesday & requested a check.They said 3-7 business days free check.On Wednesday I noticed that nothing changed with my account balance.I get home from work on Thursday & notice my balance is unchanged.At this point I'm a little angry so I give them a call & ask why my check request was not sent out yet.I call back & they said that no checks would be mailed out until Monday because they were having problems with the checks.Late Friday afternoon I speak to Gigi & tell her that I was pissed that no one notified me that check would not be mailed for nearly a week.She sets up 3 ** transactions with my name-I guess because of the inconvenience.
