We are officially out of the Futurebet umbrella and only use there software now. All payout issues will be handled within the next 2 weeks. All players can now expect to be paid in our time frames quoted on the site. All funds are controlled independently now and Futurebet no longer handles are payouts.

This is the second time DimeLine has went to private processing. Players requesting a payout are asked to update SBR. Despite the statement above, DimeLine still relies on the Futurebet servers, wagering and customer support.

They now credited back the amount I requested to withdraw through check to my account. So this means I have waited almost 2 months now (in which none of my 15 emails were answered) to just see my money returned.
They now claim it was due to Futurebet stiffing them, but this situation was already the same 2 months ago. They told me back then that I could only withdraw through check as they were paying out of their own pockets. So I don't understand why my money is now back into my account instead of receiving the cheque finally....
And the most rediculous: now they require me to rollover my entire balance again 1x. For nothing basicly!

Happy to have my money visisble in my account back, but it's ofcourse crap that I now suddenly need to rollover my money, which I already had fulfilled my wagering requirements for, one more time.

Should I accept rolling over one more time, or what should I do?

Not very honest for a book to make you bet after claiming to be in charge of its own house but keep us posted Guys! A 1x roll and withdrawal will be a success story by the time Futurebet is in the rearview mirror.

It's a true shame that we had to make our owed players roll there balance over 1x in order to make a cashout. Futurebet stiffed all of our players and all of our funds.

Dimeline has since institued a new financial system and we are paying our players within 2-weeks. We will be 100% caught up by December 1, 2007 and then payouts will be processed in the timeframe quoted on our banking page.

We are happy to announce that Futurebet has no interest in our financial situation now as it is now all done independently.

A book not offering those methods could hardly be taken serious these days. When will they be introduced?
