Default BetUS problem

Hey guys,

I am having problems withdrawing from BetUS. I am trying to take out 2,561. I sent in all my verification forms and they were processing my payout and then canceled it at the last second due to them not allowing money grams over 2,000 or some BS like that. I then split it into 2000 and 561, and they canceled the 561 saying they stopped using **. Now my payout is being delayed because they claim I never sent in forms. I then resent them and now it's supposed to be going through.

Someone please help. What should/can I do?

First off, Welcome to the SBR forum

Your not the first one this "week" to have a problem with BetUS. This is really typical type of stuff you see happen from this book.

Please fill out this complaint form along with your details, and one of us will inquire on your behalf.

Even when there were never any processor issues, BetUS slowed down withdrawals as a matter of policy. It wouldn't surprise me if they had an internal log with EVERYTHING you just told us.

They know what they told you and when. They even have the next excuse all ready to go. IN the meantime, they leave the money in your acocunt with the knowledge that most people will continue to play it as long as it is there. Unfortunately, slow paying works and has become a profit center for the shit books. I was told that BOS actually ran a room which was dedictaed to slowing down withdrawals.

The best thing you can do is insist on getting your money, and whatever you do DO NOT PLACE ANY BETS.

The rizzo's are scum. I know one person who actually "moves" for them and I think he is the only person who gets paid on time.(LOL) They bet huge and could care less about paying out there clients fast. Get your money out and never look back.

They bet big and lose big... The owners of BetUS have slow paid books in CR. There is not a bookmaker I ever met in 8 years in this racket that anything good to say about the BetUS ownership.

I just called them again, spoke to Ernesto (been speaking with Kelly, Alex on the phone and Walker and other people via message). He told me it'd be in on MONDAY at 6 PM, and that he'd "put a rush on it."

Don't make any additional bets. Their MOE is to delay the payout till you lose it all. Keep calling them everyday several times and you will get your money. If it doesn't work go to EOG and they will pull the strings. They are advertising over there.

Be patient! They stiffed me about 5K 4 months ago but they eventually paid. Have been playing with DSI last 3 months and I get paid within 3 days.

OK, so I just called and talked to Kelly again, and now my payout for 2,000 has been switched to check and its status is now "awaiting debit." She claims it will be sent on Monday, she'll have a tracking number for me on Wednesday, and it will arrive next Friday. That's what she claims.

My 561 dollar withdrawal is still waiting to go through.

Probably hasn't been approved by management yet. Make sure the status switches to "Paid".

Keep calling them till you get yout money.

It took about 6 weeks from the first time I requested it. I was paid though 3 checks and one ** for that time. That was about 4-6 months ago and there were about 50 players having the same problems. They claimed it was due to switching payment processors which may have been true because each check came from a different bank.

Like I told you earlier don't bet anymore till you get paid. They are using this excuse so you can bet it all and lose. Have you noticed that they say wait till Monday and it will be sent? They are betting that you will lose it all over the weekend

Todd, Why do you still bet with a D book? If you keep winning you are in danger of being stiffed by these guys. Just my 2 cents.

OK, so the money is no longer avaliable in my account and the status has now changed to "ready to be paid." I received an e-mail from them saying I would receive a check within 7 business days. They actually took out another $15 (for a total of $50), claiming that they had increased their fees. They offered me a $15 free play, but I don't even want to waste my time with these guys anymore.

I called them up and asked for a tracking number and they said that they would have it by Friday at the latest. I'm going to keep calling back every day this week to try and get it.

God, this book's awful. Thankfully though, it looks like I'm going to get paid and without having to deal with as much as other people did.

To my knowledge, every person with a payout from last summer was payed. I think you'll get your money, but I'm not surprised if it takes work on your part. I've received a few other BetUS complaints in the last couple months. The recurring story is they get paid in a couple weeks after being told different things.

BetUS could do itself a favor and play a consistent line.

I have received two ** payments this month for $2,000 each and received the money in 7 and 9 days from the request date. There were of course promises made by one person that another contradicted and so on and it was a painful process but I did get my money.

Now that they changed their policy I can no longer receive MoneyGrams so I am waiting on two $3,000 courier checks that are about 7 days from the request date and I just requested another $3,000 payout today through courier check and will do another $3,000 payout tomorrow.

I have been taking screen captures with every transaction I make on my records page on their website and will keep updating my situation.

I should be set up at a better sports book here shortly as soon as the checks arrive.

Still haven't received any payment, although it continues to be marked as pay and remains out of my account. I called and messaged them and they said no tracking number was avaliable. I guess I'll check back again tomorrow.

These betus crooks are pulling the same crap with me as they are with everyone else, and I have an idea. Lets get together as the masses and call requesting our money during peak betting times. Call for 1 hour before the morning NFL games and the 1 hour before the afternoon games. Their true money is made on volume with the juice(vig) so lets decrease their volume. Lets call request our money and then read the reviews from the last three threads in this forum to the cust reps. The idea is to keep the lying, POS, betus (so called )customer service reps on the phone listening to player reviews of betus lies. While keeping the phone lines and reps busy. don't stop reading the reviews. Make them hang up on you. "WE THE PEOPLE" are more powerful than any sportsbook. Lets get our money. If your in on this for Sunday nov 4th post a yes. I also think SBR should give them an F. This crap is unacceptable

BETUS.COM is full of it. They are a bunch of liars, they will misleading you about their withdrawal process so you will deposit the money in. It will be another matter when you want to withdrawal your winning!

I'm reading all of these posts about BetUs.com and I only have $200 in my account but now that I am getting all of this shady info I wanna get paid out ASAP.

They are requesting my Driver's License and CC scanned and faxed over there. Any risk for ID theft? Of course they didnt need this info to take my money...only to give it back....let me know if there is any risk here....thanks!
