Default Will Oddsmaker.com pay me when this bet is graded?

I read the review for oddsmaker.com and noticed that they're famous for giving a free 50 and then never paying out to the people who made the 1000 cashout minimum.

Well they gave me 100 and a minimum cashout of 1500. Well I'm up to 1800 but cant cashout because of a pending wager which happens to be a futures bet that isn't ending until the middle of April. They said as soon as that is graded, I can cashout. Do you think there's any chance I'll ever see it?

I've heard they have been known to find reasons not to pay these.

Maybe you can get them to grade it as a loss now, and get the 1800 ?

I'd want to be at the front of the cashier's line. Some have been paid, but you might need a mod from a site where they advertise to help it along.

Already tried that. They said "Sir, we can't do that".

I cashed out $1900 from them a month ago with that free $100 promo. Took 3 weeks to get paid. Unfortunately for you, you better hope they're still around then.

Maybe enlist the help of a Mod at RX or EOG then. They advertise at both.

I got paid in less than a month the money I won from them in a poker freeroll. It was only $55.00 after I paid them the $8.00 fee. This was money I never expected to see.

Glad to see you at least received payment from them, but 3 weeks is ridiculous though.

3 weeks would be acceptable enough.... if you knew 100% for sure it would be there with no furthur BS, but it would not impress me that it took 3 weeks to get the cash off of these free offers, they should get that to you in 3 days to impress you, and deposit out of guilt. Memory is short... You'd get pissed after 3 weeks, but if it were 3 days, you'd feel guilty not to deposit, IMO !

I saw on EOG that you got a check, sounds like a nice result to me.

They won't pay you $1800 now, because you have a pending future wager? I don't understand. You are meeting their minimum payout requirement, or is this basically an excuse to steal your money? Start off being nice to Shrink and oddsmaker. See if SBR will arbitrate, although this seems like Shrink's problem. But I personally would absolutely not wait until this future is settled. You can do a lot more damage to them, than they can do to you, so you should be calling the shots here in any negotions. Make it clear to them you are not accepting their proposal to wait, period, they need to pay up or you will start gradually damaging their reputation, and then do it. When I use to play with D books, before the days of SBR, I use to have to do special searches getting lists of every website with advertisement for a book, and then send emails to webmasters letting them know they may also get stiffed. You can also set up an oddsmaker sucks website, and show the website to oddsmaker's advertisers, as oddsmaker's reputation affects them as well. I hope it doesn't come to all this. But there are ways to force a book to pay. I don't have time to deal with the headaches so I have been sticking to A books, but good luck!
