Is Mark not at BetAtlas any more?

If so, I'm probably done with them... He's the reason for me being there.

Has this place got an email address?
I can't see it on their website.
I did a lot of business with Mark at BetAtlas. A good guy.

Mark is not with Atlas any more. Resigned Oct. 1.

I hope it isn't inappropriate to copy this here. It just seems like a pretty typical bit of marketing so I'll go ahead

    Hi Mudcat,

It’s been a while since I’ve been in touch with you and I apologize for my absence. Bottom line, there comes a time in every man’s life when he has to move on and do what he has to do. That time had come for me and I formally resigned my position with BetAtlas on October 1st.

I am now the General Manager and CEO of BetJoint.com, a Sports Book that is truly setting the standards in offshore wagering. We are located in Costa Rica and have one of the finest and largest wagering facilities in Central America. I ask that you please take a minute to go to www.betjoint.com and see just what we are all about.

BetJoint.com offers perhaps the most complete wagering menu in the offshore Industry. Whether you prefer football, basketball, rugby, soccer or maybe even in-progress quarter betting, BetJoint.com offers it all. Our 25% bonus program is one of the best in the Industry, with minimal rollover requirements and no time hold on your funds. We are constantly adding new deposit and payout methods in order to make all of your transactions as fast, easy and cost-efficient as possible.

The Management and Intermediate staff of BetJoint.com consists of some of the most seasoned professionals in the offshore industry. I’ve been in this Industry for over 30 years and I know the importance of great Customer Service. So believe me when I tell you that the level of Customer Service you receive at BetJoint.com is second-to-none you’ve ever experienced.

Mudster, we’ve done business together in the past and I’ve always treated you right. So you are aware of the great service and personal attention to detail that has made me so successful for so many years in the Industry. I’d sure like to work with you again and all you need to do to get started is either respond to this email or give me or one of my qualified Associates a call at 1-800-913-9902.

I look forward hearing from you very soon, but even more, I would like to see you on my list of satisfied customers at BetJoint.com. We are setting the standards in offshore wagering and I want you to experience what you’ve probably been missing elsewhere!

    Best regards,

    Mark Roberts, GM/CEO

c- is higher rating then i would of thought for this one...

"BetJoint.com is located in the country of Costa Rica in Central America and is licensed and regulated by that government."

What a load of horse shit...

Bet On Stars I don't know too much about your operation but I'll tell you this...

I've known Mark and played my money at his place for several years and when he was at ATLAS they never missed a payment of mine even through the Neteller disaster.

That's a lot more than I can say for 99% of the sportsbooks out there so my way of thinking is that BetJoint.com will quicky ascend to an "A" Rating when people understand the type of service that Mark will bring to the table!

I believe this book will be OK but when a guy strokes them on his first post it does bring a little doubt.

    I can't say I have Baus.

They are still rather a new book so I would think your fairly safe if you get in and out fast.

I'm not sure if thats such a good idea Jm. My advise would be stick to some of the more top rated books after that Bet4aces and Royal stuff you experienced in the past.

If anyone took a chance on them Baus, it would have been NG or maybe Mudcat IMO. If they have I hope they would share their experiences with you.

As I posted at eog last week:

The customer service was good, the limits look medium-ish. Payout options are limited - but who isn't these days? Best payout option for me would be a cheque by courier which they said would take ~72 hours.

But that is all down the road.

US dollar accounts only. (Horrible exchange rate from **). 25% freeplay signup bonus - 5x rollover.

Other than that, not much to report yet. I'll start checking out the lines shortly. They appear to be full juice across the board but I don't have a feeling yet for if they are opinionated or not.

Deposited 500 and withdrew 1000 in 9 days. No problems. Just a rec book with decent bonuses and low rollover. Lines look to be juiced. But with the recent rash in the last few years of new books, this book looks like it may be protecting itself abit. No big cash bonuses. No marketing on the big forums.

One thing BETJOINT has done which deserves mention. They are crediting the difference in money lost due to the crappy ** currency conversion.

I've never heard of a book doing that before. I would have lost ~$50 on the ** rate compared to the actual current rate, and BTJ stuck that cash right in my account (on top of the ** fees and bonus).

    Nice touch.
