I've been hearing that 80% of the former Cascade staff is working for Lazerwager currently, however since the ownership seems to be fairly sketchy though it's hard to tell if he does or doesn't have a stake in them or not.

Havent heard anything on this from real good sources. They did have the cascade staff helping with the setup and a lot of folks have parlayed that into something more.

Guys at Lazerwager are stating emphatically that they have ZERO connection with Lenny and wouldn't know him if they saw him on the street.

They are also saying there is no truth to them having Cascade's staff or Cascade staff ever helping them get set up.

They are VERY insistant that their staff consists of former Nine.com Mgmt, betRoyal CS, BOS/Millennium sales.

I was at their offices several times a couple months ago while they were building out the office and getting processing set up and saw no signs of anyone from the Cascade crew while there FWIW.

* I am not endorsing Lazerwager, but I do know the Mgmt team well and am passing along a conversation I had with them 10 minutes ago.

I like the way that they don't want to be associated with Lenny in the slightest yet they're happy to be associated with one of the biggest stiff-jobs in sportsbook history.

Taco, I know better than to try and trade blows with you as you are deadly and my intention is not to be the mouthpiece for lazerwager.

I want to stress that I am not commenting on the solvency or future prospects of lazerwager and have no financial interest. I am not recomending them or steering people away, simply trying to relay some things I know about them.

That being said, BOS was so big you'd be hard pressed to find a sportsbook in Costa Rica or Panama that has no former BOS employees. Same gos with Royal, say what you like about Tej and Co. (I know the track record as well as anyone) But they had excellent CS representatives and Robert Evans cherry picked a few of the best after the sale/merger with SBG as I understand it. Keep in mind all these employees were/are all foot soldiers, not the ones calling the shots.

Still hearing 100% absolutely NO Cascade involvment...Ever. Take it for what it's worth.

I'm harmless, really.

Wasn't anything about what you posted per se, just highlighting the glaringly obvious irony factor.

Maybe because Rx is promoting them heavily, and promising that Rx posters won't get stolen from like the rest of the world. So y'all go sign up now, and let Wilheim deal with the inevitable payout issues...

Do you guys really think they would admit it if they had a shady partner involved? Or would they say they have no idea who he is. Asking the management team will not get you anywhere on this.

Why don't you tell us the REAL name of this scammer that runs under the name "Lenny"??? What is your reason?

Talking about "Lenny" is about as stupid and useless as talking about "Joe Schmo."

"Lenny" scams a bunch of players out of over $1 million, changes his name, and opens up another sportsbook...sure he throws you some $$$ to keep your mouth shut about his real name so you/he can perpetuate the scam. Deny it, scammer.

so dan or sbr, what are your reasons for concealing the identity of "Lenny" a deadbeat scammer?

How is your search coming along for a "top lawyer" to represent "the class."?

But the class will have a top lawyer and a fighters chance. -SBR_John post #185 http://forum.sbrforum.com/betcascade...-37942-p6.html

Is this "top lawyer" planning on referring to "Lenny" by his REAL name in the complaint? Or just using an alias? LOL

I realize that you may not like these questions....

Is SBR willing to admit the obvious: SBR never had any intention of searching for or hiring a lawyer on behalf of "the class" of posters that got scammed by "Lenny."

Not only is SBR unwilling to disclose the real name of the deadbeat scamming bookmaker, SBR will not even allow other posters to disclose the true identity of the scammer...some watchdog.

Default Lazer Wager Stole My Money

I deposited $300 and the casino didn't work I was promised a refund and never received one. I disputed this with Bank Of America and lost as they don't get involved with gaming sites. However the Bank of America credited my acct with Their own money not Lazer Wagers with the $300. I then thought why should Lazer wager keep the $300 hundred so I went and bet the sports book and won $807 dollars my acct was open Why? because they refunded nothing and when I went to cash out they lied and told me that they issued a refund on OCT 18th (not true) and mistakenly left the acct active. (yeah right) They then tried to make me out to be a scammer ,big scammer $300. If I were a scammer my initial deposit would of been in the thousands. They tried to beat the small player out of $807 and now they will be exposed to every blog and Sports review. DUMB move.
Beware of Lazer Wager. I have gambled with BoDog and am 100% satisfied.

Default Lazer Wager Is A Scam

Don't trust them. Eve a female with a foul mouth calls herself the manager, got caught lying numerous times and Joe Bartoli then takes the phone trying to portray himself as a level headed person with power who probably is Eves boyfriend. Jay the guy who calls and recruits actually tried to get me to reup while this dispute was going on and when I told him no way and that I had problems with Eve he told me "Eve was fired due to not being polite to the customers". When I went to cash out a few days later guess who answered the phone?
EVE. That says it all. If they lie trying to get you wait until they have you.
*** Beware *** I have no stake in this they already got my money. I'm doing this strictly because they are scammers and I don't wish to see anyone else get ripped off.

Gary you charged back on them and then tried to withdraw some money you had in the account.

Them having problems now, doesn't make you right then.

Everyone saw through your scam, move along.

Default Yes Mason I Know

Sure they were a hard honest working company that was paying out and I was just one big coincidence. LOl
I exposed them then and now their true colors are showing.
When interviewed after stating they would pay out if their credit processor failed to do so. They were asked why they just wouldn't pay out now instead of creating this mess.
THEY FAILED TO ANSWER THAT QUESTION... WHY?
So far they owe over $120,000 and are still taking deposits.
Me Thinks mason should sign up today. I heard they have a real good offer for you pal. Its called deposit and play till you lose. If you win its wait we can't pay you. lol A fool on April fools day.

Gary, I'm not defending them.

I pointed out that them catching your scam last fall, does not make you Nostradomus this spring.

Default Mason It was no scam

They said I asked for a refund and that was true. However they didn't give me the refund and they blamed that on the credit processer. That is the same excuse they are giving today. My acct was kept open and was never closed by them and they allowed me to bet which I did. If I lost my bets they never would of issued the refund they would of argued that I was not entittled to it as I wagered and lost hence only after I won did they state I asked for a refund. In simple terms I was allowed to wager and only allowed to lose. That is the same scenero that they practice today. We totally disagree and so far today I would think many more people out there would back me up as compared to last fall.
If they are not paying out then why are they still excepting new deposits?
