All books in the BTG group harbor around the rating of D. They like to freeze accounts while bonus complaints are meted out for whatever reason, apparently customer service is not an area the books excel in.
However, they've claimed that your two chargebacks were made prior to your rollover being met. Their software is poor and allows players to request withdrawals at any time.
Charging back two books and then depositing at a third in the same family is a recipe for disaster, charging back in general should be the last, last possible resort. While you may have disagreed with their grounds for locking your account and felt that your funds were lost, we have received no complaints at all where any BTG book outright "stole" a deposit.
I'm waiting for Dimeline to provide wagering logs showing how close you were to rollover.
