Thumbs down mybet.com --- slow pay bad service

Despite the very nice software of their website and the "flexible" alternatives found at www.mybet.com (which I fell for):

    - sportsbook
    - sports betting exchange
    - spreads trading exchange

I did a pay-out/withdrawal and it has been 4 days and still they do not have any replies.

When I withdrew from these places:
    Matchbook
    Pinnacle
    Betsson
    Bet354

It was almost instant via moneybookers.

I thought that mybet.com was financially stable due to it being part of the German Fluxx AG group. If they are financially-stable, then they are not showing it by their "slow-pay".

I have better peace-of-mind playing at those 4 books mentioned above.

Pay-outs/Withdrawals via moneybookers should not take days to get to your account right?

This is the 2nd slow pay I have read in roughly a months time from mybet. If I recall correctly the other slow pay problem was via moneybookers as well. Hmm... Interesting.

If you are in need of some assistance with your payout problems, then please fill out this complaint form and one of us will inquire on your behalf.

    sir bigboydan,

    complaint form filled-up and sent.

lesson learned... no matter how fancy or versatile the site looks like... it is still the "pay-outs" that matter.

I should have done more research. I was too excited to try something new.

Thanks for the heads up, it's always nice to know where to stay away from. Hopefully you'll get a response from them eventually, and stick to more reliable books in the future. GL....

is 4 days already considered a slow-pay nowadays?? I use books that take up to a week to payout on any normal day.

Based on the Bodog standard 4 months would be considered fourtunate lol .

I think what's unacceptable noyb is that the book hasn't even responded to his e-mails in 4 days. There are some sites like FullTilt that won't even respond to e-mail at all and are still doing fine, but when you have a book that is a documented slowpay book not even responding to e-mails within a business week we might have a problem...

I finally received an email after my emails:

    Customer Care

....apparently, they wanted me to send my ID/CC documents via email.

I complied and then they sent the moneybookers payment already.

Well, I am not used to 4-day long non-responses or pay-outs. I must be spoiled by Pinnacle, Bet365, Matchbook and Betsson which are almost instant withdrawals.

But at the end of this all... mybet.com paid me.

I am not sure if my filling-up the complaint form helped-out.

    Thanks guys!

By the way,... just noticed that www.mybet.com has no rating on SBR. Maybe I could give them a C+ for now. As someone said over here... 4-days is not a long wait.

The need for id documents would be in their terms&conditions have you ever thought of reading them?
Sorry for the sarcasm but a lot of these posts could be avoided if people just read t&c when they sign up.ID documents are now pretty much a standard request from a book to be able to withdraw your money.

Still, it took 4 days to reply to many emails. It took 4 days for them to tell me what to do in a language which I did not understand.

As I said, I consider them C+. And I got paid which is much better than some books out there.

    Pffff!
I signed up recently with these guys, so reading your first post of this thread I thought: Oh God, here we go again!

My strategy with these books is all or nothing, so I will let others know how withdrawing goes.

Although mybet.com has slower customer service and pay-outs than Pinnacle, Bet365, Matchbook, Betsson and Betdaq... at the end of 4 days... I still got paid via moneybookers which is the way I deposited.

As someone commented over here, a 4-day long pay-out is not long at all... and maybe 4 days to reply to an email is not long at all too.

But remember, I had "faster & speedier" pay-outs and customer service responses from other books that I could compare them with and so, I found them a bit slow.

Please do not forget to let us know your experiences too.

I also found mybet's "fund summary" a bit confusing... especially the running balance. It did not seem to add up unless you had zero money in play.

    Cheers!

Full tilt is doing a lot better as of late. You can often get a response from them in a few hours to a day.

Hello, I am new on this site, but I see, that someone has had the same problem as me. I have been waiting for 2 weeks since I have requested withdrawal. No answer from Mybet, no money from Mybet. This is the worst betting office I have ever used.
