BetUS payout problems....
I've been waiting since Sept 15th for a payout to be sent to me by check. I have not recieved anything from this company. This is there third attempt at attempting a payout for me.
Now that I've read a little more into betting I realize that betus.com is a terrible book with very poor ratings. I basically signed up with them because I liked the freeplay money and I liked how easy it was to bet, and they could take ************ over the phone.
Well now I know a couple of things. ************ is not a good thing when it comes to wagering online. I'm tired of my consistant payout problems and speaking to supervisors who sound like they are at home with kids in the background and just BS'n you the whole time.
What can I do to get my money from this book?
Its been almost a month now. I'm beginning to realize that this money will more than likely not be paid out. 
Anyways, any help from the community will be appreciated or any posts from people who have recieved payouts recently. |

contact Bill Dozer on this one, BetUs is really slow about paying people and it has been a problem for a long time now.

I have gone ahead and filled out the form. I will wait for instruction from them. I really don't want to get into a pissing match. I just want my money. I was always quoted timely payouts, yet they never delivered.

Don't know what to say, except your looking at an unfortunate long delay. I had the exact same problem a year ago, and ended up blowing away what was supposed to be cashed out, by these betus idiots. Too much of a hassle to deal with these moron, luckily I only had 2k with them that I blew away out of frustration. Like with all sportsbooks your unfamilar with, never go in there with a huge deposit or bankroll, unless their payout is 100% Legit!

I sure feel for you, these guys are really bad for paying people, just don't deposit another dime with them and go with the ones that are legit here on this site and you will be fine. These guys are SBR are very good at what they do and they do their best.

I never thought I would ever be defending BetUS, but 20 calendar days for a check is generally not a slow pay in this environment. Is it regular mail or courier? Did they make a commitment for any particular date or time frame?

They quoted me 7-10 bus days starting from sept 18th when it was authorized by a supervisor. I've been told its sent numerous times. I've been told ********** would be done but instead they said they issued another check out to me. They promised Fedex Delivery, the next day I call in its UPS, then 3 days later I'm told its DHL. Eitherway they have no tracking number for either check and I have "recieved" nothing. They reissued another payment request to there "processor" on sept 25th. They told me it would take 7-10 more business days. Either way I haven't recieved my money. They had promised by friday 22nd nothing. Then they told me it would be the following friday the 29th. Nothing. Now I'm being told this coming Wed. Keep in mind after missing the first friday they promised a ********** the following monday. On Monday I get told they sent out another check. I'm frustrated and they can't show proof of anything. They show the check was processed but no tracking number? But this is the 2nd check they processed supposively but I never recieved the 1st check or a tracking number?

Hope you get your money also.. It's a waiting game with those idiots at betus. My first payout was for $1,700 of profit and it took them a over a month to send it by ***************.
My second payout was $500 and it took 4 months to get a check fedex. That was earlier this year and I've never bet there since and NEVER will. If you get your money take it and RUN...

That is the plan I have been using 5 dimes ever since. But I still would like to get my money in a timely fashion.
I'm also adding that I have recieved a DHL tracking number. DHL is schedualed to have the USPS deliver this, so we'll see when/if it comes this week and Then the waiting game becomes does the check clear....

Thats very possible NG. However, I wouldn't just assume thats the case when it comes to BetUS being involved in a slow pay dispute.

Sorry I haven't check the thread. I've waited for the funds to clear the account. They have. I have not contacted BETUS since recieving the check.
The check came thru a DHL service where DHL mails it via US Postal Service. So I have been paid but it took forever. I won't use that service again. I've moved to 5dimes and possibly will be opening up an account with The Greek.

good idea purecaragge check out Bet Jamaica because their bonuses are better and they have great service, just like the greek and wagerstreet is, they are owned by the same people and they seem to have great service. I am glad it cleared and you did this during football season which means you are ok.

I'm going with The greek I think. The greek gets 2h lines out with about a 1 minute in 1st half. That can be pretty key for getting a good line and then playing another bet at 5dimes because the lines typically move really fast.
I'm 90% sure all books wait for The greek to move lines to release theres....

there is one annoying thing about 5 dimes though, if u win a large amount of money they will start putting a delay on your bets of about 15 seconds. if the line changes in that time you have to re submit and wait again. i've not gotten some bets there before gametime or at the half because the line kept changing.

Shyt. . .If only I found SBR before I signed up for Sportsbook.com. (NEWBIE TO ONLINE GAMBLING).. I found SBR by mistake and when I did I checked out the sports books reviews to find out Sportsbook.com is on the BLACK list, I belive that is the list of the sportbooks you should stay away from. Anyways I cashed out ASAP and I hope it don't take forever, I signed up on Bodog after finding SBR. Thanks to all at SBR you guys got it together.

I just read your message about your payout problems with Betus.com . Well, I guess I'm not the only one, lol. I have done two payouts with Betus and have had problems each time. The horror story on the first one would take too long to explain. But I requested a check on October 12th and it is now Novermber 4th well past the 10 business days they told me it would take. I have a few more pending wagers with them with the last one to clear on November 21st. Once it clears, I will be withdrawing the remaining funds (get ready for headache number 3, lol). I mean, these people are freaking ridiculous. I am going to use the funds to start with 5Dimes again. When I got payments from 5dimes in the past, I got a money order (not a check) by regular mail and it usually took about 1 week by regular mail! Betus isn't just the worst gaming company I have ever done business with, they are the worst company of ANY type I have ever done business with. Moreover, I'm so pissed off I plan to spend a LOT of time on the net trying to convince people not to do any business with them. |

Thank you for your input. But... 20 calendar days? Try 2 months. ON my last payout over a year ago Betus took over a month to get me a check. Then, when i received it, it was form the BMO Bank of Montreal. I live in Texas. My bank told me that because their check was outside the Federal REserve System, that they would have to do a collection, that it would take another month, and I would be charged another $50. I can only pray I don't have the same problem again. I requested another payout and was told it would be in my hand in 7-10 business days. Uh, yeah right! That was on October 12th. I have not received the check. Moreover, they are now telling me their was a problem with the processor and that they may have to just credit my account back the $3000. So, in other words, I will then have to request another payout using the same system that didn't work the first time. I have wagers pending through some MMA fights on Novermber 21st. When those pending wagers have cleared, I will be requesting one last payout from them (oh, God), and closing the account.

In response to your question, "what can I do to get my money from them (betus.com)?" I have had two previous severe payout problems with Betus (see my other posts). My experience with them is that you will get your money, it's just that you might be 80 years old when you do. My recommendation would be to switch to some other online gaming company.

Does anyone know the actual physical address of Betus? They have to be SOMEWHERE. The only info they can give me there is that they have offices in Canada and Costa Rica. There computer software, there people manning the phones, etc. they have to be SOME physical location. An address?

Its interesting the mixed reviews we get at betus.com. I ve use betus as well, and never really had a problem with payouts either. granted I only use neteller, but i do withdraw a couple grand at a time.

I am having trouble with a payout right now from Betus.com for only $400. Very slow, they ask for alot of stuff, then they straight up cancel your payout request and don't tell you why by message. It's even hard to find the link to request a payout in the first place..
What I hate about this sportsbook is that they take your cash with a smile and immediately, no questions asked. When it's time to payout it's like pulling nails. I maybe done with this sportsbook. I need to call them right now and see what else they now need. |

no longer play at betus due more to being nervous with other player probs regarding payouts. i got about 8k out of them in two separate pays. both re-credited to CC. there was the usual delay antics of about a month with ID requirements but got paid all the same. lines, free bets and customer service was ok. no real complaints myself about Betus.

So troublesome if they are too may documents needed.
though you give all the documents still they do not process your request on time...
Lots of bookie got the same processing method...
