Default Creditwagering threatens player for repeatedly asking for payout

Every once in awhile, I see something a book does and just shake my head.

A player was owed for over 3 months. Creditwagering siad it was having processor problems, and told the player to contacting CW about his payout.

Their latest response to the player:

"You are fuking with the wrong people with your games. You want to keep playing we will do the same as you will never get a ****ing dime if you contact us ever again...that's right, one more email, one more
chat and you will NEVER get a dime...

You will get payment by ********** in 10 days from today. If you respond to this email or come on chat ever again you will never get a dime. If that does not work i promise you I will send someone over to make my point clear.

I sure hope i have your attention as you have no idea who you are ****ing with but you are about to find out."

CW's email was dated March 21, and the player still has not been paid.

SBR is discussing this dispute with CW now.

Wow, I hope all works out for the person who is having trouble. I cannot believe a business can operate that way. Sure glad a place like SBR exists to try and fix these problems!

I'm surprised SBR has anything to do with these rubes, curious to know if you had any luck with this bunch in the past.

Wow that is the meanest debtee I ever heard of. Normally you talk to people like that when they owe you money, not the other way around.

How is the communication between SBR and Creditwagering going?

I'm also curious if SBR has any contact with them. I know several people who they did the old sportsbook.com trick of canceling winning parlays and then telling the player their positive balance is now negative and they need to pay an extortion fee or else they'll be labeled as a "stiff."

Obviously and Soundly unprofessional including a terrible abuse of their stiff list to threaten a player in this manner.

It's not hard to believe they sent the message like Justin posted, though. Over my tenure helping with disputes, I've had talks with several 'holier than though' high ranking management level employees at sports books listening to them discuss their 'advantage' and pounding their chest(s) since they [can] hold the funds.

I say it's not hard to believe because rarely do I see anything that is hard to believe from my experiences. I'm glad the post was shared with everyone to see.

CW agreed to pay the player without any more hassles.

lol well thats good did they say when they will pay?
Or give any reasons for talking like that?
    Hard to justify that rudeness

This doesn't surprise me from this book. I am surprised they are still in "business" if we can call it that. Hopefully this gets out and people start dealing with respectable business partners.

Most often, sports book will complain that player has hurt their feelings by calling in and cursing and/or slandered their company on the forums. That's No good excuse. Pay the balance and tell player to take business elsewhere. There is never a good reason to seize funds or threaten non payment.

    Truly sad.

Dimeline Pinto used to be the same way, he called people he owed money to and threatened them as well.

I'm up with them for the week but I think I'm going to bet with 5dimes the opposite of what I bet w CW and hopefully win the 5d bet while minimizing my loses w juice. I want to lose my cw winnings but in turn win in my 5d. Anybody thought about doing this. I have zero confidence I'll get paid after reading more and more about cw. I've had several transactions w them but it seems out of control.

Personally, I wouldn't really recommend this. No way to be sure you'll win at 5 Dimes so might end up transferring lots of money to CW which will make things worse. I mean, if you don't think CW will pay you then you might as well just be straight gambling at 5 Dimes.

I have a 5 figure balance at WSEX and am trying to figure out a way to lose there and win anyplace else.

I would gladly take 90 cents on the WSEX dollar and would probably take less.

If I bet it all @ WSEX and take the opposite side somewhere else, then I know I am going to win @ WSEX and lose at the other site.

I could start betting say $1,000 per game and then "martingale" but with my luck I would end up with $50K at WSEX and bankrupt my other sites.

Its just as hard to lose a bet as it is to win a bet.
