I've heard of this book before actually. There made up of like 5 ex-executives from Nine.com, BOS, and Evolution Software. I just have never played there before though.

Heres the press release:
Former Executives of Nine.com, BetOnSports and Evolution Software to Manage New Online Gaming Site LazerWager.com
San Jose, Costa Rica, September 15, 2007 --(PR.com)-- 5 former executives of well known gaming brands Nine.com, BetOnSports, Evolution Software and others have been brought in by UK ownership group to manage new gaming brand LazerWager.com.
“We are pleased to welcome some key executives to our team and our management staff such as Robert Evans, Eve Mindel, Fred St. John and handicapping expert Carlo Campanella providing exclusive content, as well as other key people with 50 years combined online gaming experience to the team. This amount of experience is almost unheard of in this tumultuous, but still growing industry” says Nina Pendleton- a LazerWager spokesperson. “especially for a start-up.”
“In spite of the UIGEA (Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act) being passed in the US and months of debate, our board decided to press on, expecting promising developments related to the recent WTO rulings against the US online gambling and an ever growing desire by its citizens and some politicians such as Congressman Barney Frank (D-Mass.) to repeal the UIGEA, thereby positioning ourselves as prime player in the space once the dust has settled” Pendleton says further.
LazerWager is proud to offer betting on all major sporting events, horse races, entertainment, current events, politics etc., in a very player-friendly website, but is more excited about its LiveDealer Casino application which allows players to play various casino games with actual live dealers over the internet, just as if you were in a Las Vegas casino.
“This is a revolutionary product that will change the face of online casinos” Pendleton further says. “There is nothing like being able to interact with a live dealer over the internet where you can see and hear every hand being dealt or spin of the wheel, all in real time as it is happening which minimizes any chance of player distrust as many have with poorly configured RNG (random number generator) digital casino software which can be manipulated to increase the house edge. “ “At LazerWager we can promise great lines, great service and great fun.” Pendleton concludes.

If you would of lost that money they would of gladly accepted it.
So you are saying that B of A gave you $300 just to keep you as a customer and they never tried to get it from Lazerwager?

They say they offered you a refund but you refused it since you had already initiated a chargeback. Honestly, their story appears to be significantly more credible than yours.
You have nothing to gain since you got the chargeback credited back to your account and there seems no way that you'll get the fraudulent balance back from LazerWager - all you're doing is going through your threat of bashing LazerWager on the forums but it's not quite having the desired effect. Similarly LazerWager have got nothing to lose - they've shut the account of someone who thinks that a chargeback is a good way to deal with a situation. No book wants clients like that.
You've offered no proof. In your initial thread, I actually advised you to contact SBR directly to help you in this matter since they have a very good record of getting monies from books who are trying it on with their customers.
Anyone who had a case and wasn't an out-and-out scammer would have contacted SBR. Did you?
Just because I think you're fraud automatically makes me a worker for LazerWager?![]()
That's a relief.
And bear in mind the fact that you've shown LazerWager to be an efficient company in terms of exposing scammers. To this end, the episode has probably helped them enormously.

I don't see what that will do. LazerWager said that you initiated a chargeback and they have got documentation to prove it. Read the thread you started here.
And I'll ask this again:

Sorry, but it doesn't. The only person here who believes your story is you.
But still, I'll ask again:

After reading everything available in this thread and beyond, it looks pretty clear cut to me Taco. This guy doesn't have a case at all.
BTW Raiders, Since when did hell freeze over anyways. I never thought I'd live to see the day when you gave props to Taco![]()
