I think that was the name of the place, and it's probably buried in the Forum history somewhere, but whatever happened with that joint?

Those who were around last summer might recall some investigation they had into inside collusion or something, some unholy alliance between assorted staff and customers. Bunch of clients accounts were frozen while the allegations were looked into. I recall "Aden" coming on daily and giving periodic updates.

I played with them for a bit before this all occurred, and it actually wasn't a bad site, at least in terms of what I was looking for. I'm too lazy to go searching, but does anybody know offhand how that whole situation finished up?

I remember it. It seemed touch-and-go for awhile there.

I had some funds frozen there. (Actually it was a voluntary freezing; we could place bets but, because it seemed 50/50 if they were going to fold, we all faced the decision of whether to try to "scalp out" or what. Quite a few people had taken their big bonus and were in the middle of a high rollover. I recall threads discussing the options.)

My memory is it was generally honorable people there. Aden was one and there was another. One of them posted here as "BK".

Eventually everything worked out and people got paid. I was glad they recovered, not just because of my funds.

Well it was mainly because of my funds.

Had no problems so far. Lines are good & the site nice & easy to navigate.

Then again I have not reached the stage yet to request a payout. Hope it all remains good when/if I do

Yea, we built it for quick searches on forum titles and you can get all posts by clickin on the link to the right of the search. Much better than the search that comes standard with forum software and easier to link to.

Thought I would update this thread.

Much thanks goes to Chris at this book who is about the Most friendly Sports-book agent I have ever had dealings with.

One of the cheques sent to me went missing in the post & Chris kept me up-to date at all times as they tried to track it down.

Considering some of the miserable CS staff I have dealt with at some other books it made a change to deal with someone who genuinely seemed to care about their clients
