    Default problem with betfred.com

    So i bet yesterday this:



    with 2/3 system

    but i lost becase in they system VALENCIA lost game....

    support dont answer me... what can i do now?

    i should won ~140Euro ( i bet~60) but now i lost 40...

    Did you telephone them to ask about a grading mistake? If you can't reach anyone by telephone, I'd try an email.

    If both of those fail, fill out a complaint and we'll be happy to jump in.

    Usually once you contact pretty much any book about a grading error it will be resolved within minutes. I'll say this, it probably won't be the last time this happens to you and sometimes it will be the other way, they'll grade a loss a win but the majority of the time the excess money will be taken back out of your account. Should have nothing to worry about here so don't sweat it, just contact the book.

    This will be no problem BetFred are a respect Book , You problably dont need to send a email because they will see that is a mistake.
