Yes go into the chat and ask for the $64 the max cash out for this is $250 and you cant play the winnings in the casino but if you deposit $36 you can do what you want with the winnings as long as you roll them over

Where did you read that a $36 deposit waives the max cash out? I have spoken to customer service on live chat twice with questions regarding the max cash out and both gave me completely different answers. Neither mentioned a deposit waiving the max cash out.

I just talked to Betphoenix and since I already used a promo there a while back I don't qualify for only one promo per account as for the $36 she said its only $64 and wanted to know where the $36 was being mentioned at

Also, in the bonus and promotions section of BP, they list a couple other promotions available to new customers including a free $25 wager on any march madness game, as well as a free bracket where you can win prize money. Anyone know how to actually claim those bonus', I see nowhere on the site to do so.

they gota make the requirements more clear I can already see people having problems with this.
Can anyone copy and paste the requirements?
Like only ncaa wagers count towards the rollover and stuff a lot of hidden shit.
Post here on SBR so they are no disputes after.

I just played $5 a hand and then rolled that into my plays and tripled off them picking my spots in the NCAA tourney and in NBA action.

Did they tell you directly about the $36 deposit waiving the max cashout? Just curious because I could not find that listed anywhere in the rules. Seems like an odd minimum deposit number too. and when I spoke to live support, one person told me if I don't cash out after the tounemanet and just continue wagering with the balance I accumulated I don't have to worry about the max cash out anymore and could withdraw any and all winnings. Then I spoke to someone else with a question and they told me there is nothing that will waive the $250 max cash out.

Watch out, I just had a chat with live support and they said they have to void my FP's because I used my earnings in the Casino. They said it's printed that you can't transfer the money to Casino with this FP promotion.

THIS IS WHAT I MEAN.
I HAD THE SAME ISSUES.
I CAN SEE PROBLEMS ARRISING CAN SOMEONE FROM BETPHEONIX OR AFFILATES POST THE OFFICAL RULES/TERMS FOR THE PROMO? PLEASE IN HERE SO THERE ARE NO DISPUTES.
the way they sound on live chat they dont think you will win, not saying I will but just want to be paid without hassles If i do.
