Send them an email explaining the problem along with your IP address. And quit using robotic tools.

jeeeesus.... talk about frustrating. I work in IT and have about 10 different computers that I use frequently. I logged into the site from my MAC, then needed it for some work so I logged I attempted to log in from a pc of mine and nothing....

WORD to the WISE - do NOT log in from multiple computers at the same IP. as Tom mentioned, they figure that you are attempting to **** around with their systems.

another word to the wise for those who "think" that pinnacle doesn't work for them anymore (obviously outside the U.S). I have a machine here at work I use to look at lines often. It has a static public IP address and for a while I couldn't log into the site from this certain computer. The site wouldn't even load, so I would just open my laptop and presto - everything was fine. After going through the BS over the weekend I thought maybe try my work machine to see if it would load again - BAM, everything OK.

So just to let some folks know - they block IP's not accounts. If you are able to access the site from one machine and not another it is possible that they are blocking access to the site for requests originating from a certain IP. They obviously know what IP's are associated with which accounts since after emailing their support line not only has the problem on my home machines ceased, but I am also able to access the site from my work machine.

Doesn't make much sense blacklisting only certain IP's and not ALL ip's associated with an account - if I were doing something malicious from my MAC, why not from my PC...

Oh well, just some info for you's who may be experiencing problems with Pinnacle.
