In the interest of not wasting everyone's time perhaps we should have a moratorium on posts about "Cascade said they will pay me" and instead have radio silence until someone actually gets paid.

why do they keep doing this to people?...I imagine that they are getting some football post-up money, but what happens to the guys that win during football season? They get paid with the basketball player's post-up money?...

I talked to Richard August 17th, asked for a withdrawal of part of my balance.
He said he wanted me to be aware of that they are currently not doing payouts, but will start in two weeks, and that it would take 10-14 days from then.
So it would take about 24-28 days for me to get the check.

He didn't ask me for a reason for withdrawing like he did with Helmut, but said he's pass my request to Monica.

just took a look at their front page again and it looks like they took off the warning about slow payouts... must have been cutting into their new money... in other news, looks like have also added online cockfighting to their inventory... maybe this is where all the new postup money is coming from?

What a joke they are...nothing but a ponzi scam now.... better be a real good year for the books or cascade won't be around this spring....

Sad.

This is where the Costa Rican bookmakers assc has to do something. They can't allow a scam to operate side by side with them.

John ??? Are they licensed by CR? If they are--does a license down there mean anything? Come with any guidelines or just pay your fee and get one?

Gamblers are a strange lot--Lenny, Richard et al know if they just go ahead and start paying folks even partial payments, they will be able to eat out in public again. As I mentioned in another thread--life is very cheap down there.

Lenny's out in public all the time. he ain't hiding.

SBR maybe contact Lenny's old best friend Mickey...these guys used to have dinner every sunday when lenny was one of the "big boys" funny how all your friends act like they don't know you when times are tough. This business sucks em in and spits em out. No honorability amongst thieves, and they are all thieves. If any of you knew the half of it yo would never play at any of these books. They all have there hands glues in there pockets. The old school locals are still the honorable ones. All these offshores are crooks.

It is disapointing that they're still taking in money. I wonder if they're cold calling.

Any local knowledge you can provide will be helpful with this. He got a favorite hangout? Certain day of the week? Office location? This way an up close and personal deposit might be made!!

Richard shouldn't be telling anyone two weeks. By doing that it just puts them in a weaker position if they have any assets to bargain with.

Everything has to be considered up in the air until there is a head count on active football bettors. Lenny told me they aren't taking ANY deposits. He suggested that they are setting the site up so they are in position to hit the ground running when they have a pulse again.

Anyone solicited for money or able to post-up?

As another poster said lenny is not hiding. Of course he is correct. Why should he? He is only stiffing players. There are no players here. Everyone minds their own business in costa rica. There is no license.

There are ways to put pressure on Cascade to make some/any attempt to pay or at least start payment plans. Operating a business here can be a little tricky. Many dont follow all of the rules which is no big deal until an operation becomes a no pay. Micky of CRIS and others have the ear of the top politicians. They need to make the call. If Cascade can’t pay then they cant operate, simple as that.

Lenny, what about Richard telling me on the 17th it would be about 2 weeks before checks would be sent out?
Is that going to happen, or another "maybe"?

It's just a shame that Cascade took the road of no pay. With the -105 they could have positioned themselves to be a major player, instead they fumbled it all away.

I was promised by Richard that I would have a partial payment on my account balance in 10-14 days. So far it's been 8 days and my account has not been debited yet. I'm willing to keep a minimal balance there and play some football, however if this is just another song and dance I'm done with you guys.

Guys, Just LMK when Cascade finally decides to send out check, because I'm actually tired of reading the empty promisses from Lenny and Richard.

Good posts all you guys and thanks to Lenny for coming on here.

This situation is really agonizing. Back about a 100 years ago I got behind with my bookie. He told me just give me half of your paycheck until we are even.

But when a bookie goes south there is no such thing as a payment plan its just screw you.

Cascade is operating. Employees are getting paid. SOMETHING should be paid to these players who trusted Cascade. Not sending them anything while you are operating says it all.

Payment plans above board should start today.

It sounds like they are processing Credit Cards. If so, everyone should get paid soon.

When a sportsbook starts processing uncoded credit cards, there is a highly advanced radar system that becomes operable and every square in the bookmaking universe starts picking up the signal.

In time, you will have endless depositors, not many withdrawers and more than your share of chargebacks but you will be flush.

Whoever finds a way to process in this enviornment gets all the gold, period. They may also get all the jail time, but they will definitely get all the gold.

Sounds like good news to me if they are able get the coded cards through.

If they spent half as much energy trying to find processing as they do trying to book originators at -105 everyone could get paid.

Somehow I think Lenny would rather book wiseguys at reduced vig and be broke than do something as menial as figure out how to get a credit card to go through and be rich.

Lenny knows the owners at sportsbook.com. Take a page from their playbook and quit trying to be a bookmaking superhero.

Good luck.

I tried calling you at both the CS and wagering numbers (including the one given by you), and both are dead this morning. Is there another number? PM me if necessary. Thanks
