How is betphoenix? Do they pay out okay? Anybody have major problems with them? I'm thinking of starting an account with them, and need some feedback from people who used them past or present.

Lots of complaints, most of them petty and unfounded. Rock solid financially. Make sure you read all of their rules and get any promises in writing to avoid disappointment.

how come they are still rated B+ at SBR? Don't see any downgrade to them ..

BetPhoenix and Wagerchief are good books. Financially solid, very flexible and open to negotiation. Generous bonus structures, low juice, free half points, and combinations thereof. Excellent parlay payouts as well, after this was addressed on this forum, with true odds (low juice is not reset to full juice).

So what makes them any different than any other book, with the exception of two or three books? A lot of books don't even take overnights at all.
Daytime limits are pretty much the best in the business.
Another ridiculous complaint.

Haven't had any problems with payouts so far, except for the fact that each time I've had to remind them multiple times to process my request.
