Hello everybody! My english is not good and i want to apologise for it.Now my problem is betchance.They don't want to communicate with his users(no live chat services working,don't answer emails).They simply don't permit me to withdraw my money back.They have new rules,that when you deposit example 400euros by moneybookers and after that you made example 1000 you will be able to withdraw only 400euro and the rest 600 (where are they,i want to withdraw all but they don't tell me how).I wrote thousands of emails and they answer me by templates.If anyone has the same problem and he fixed it please help me.Who must i contact to solve my problems?

BetChance has been a problem bookie from the start. Customer service has a don't-question-me attitude and is slow-paying. Right now we have a few pending payout complaints, even from players who requested prior to the rule change.

If you can fill out this form we can add you to the group of players we are trying to assist.

I am also waiting for a Moneybookers withdrawal that I made from them 18 days ago, this was made before their new withdrawal policy.

I decided to try them out because they had great odds, I did make two Moneybookers withdrawals with them in the past and I always got those in two days time.

When they kept having the highest odds on every match I wanted to bet on I knew this meant trouble and so I decided to make another withdrawal and I have now been waiting 19 days for it.

I hope they won´t do a "Pointbet" and just run away with everyone´s money.

they have no great, they have crazy odds.

I´m sure you know you never can trust a book with 1.35 to 1.85 odds on a two way bet and theres always a surebet to other books.

I´m sure they become a scam operation very soon

Hi everybody,i have the same problem with Betchance
I requested two withdrawals since 1.08.07$7.08.07 that i didn't receive yet.They don't answer my questions too.I'm afraid that i also will lose 1300euro rest in my account.I tried to withdraw all of them but Betchance system reject my attempts.I wrotte them many times but no one contact me.I think that the requested sum is possible to came but the other funds in my account (1300)i'm afraid.
It is honorable to fight for our rights and i wish you best.I will tell all my friends that there is a good people in this world.

Anyone who is currently owed money by betchance now has little if no chance of recovering their money as the book is now on the verge of collapse.Betchance claim to be in negotiations with new investors which will solve their problems,but until someone comes in with some money there is nothing left to pay anyone.

I phoned them up last Friday week and spoke to Michelle , because I was charming, amusing and an incredibly nice person she said she would process my MB withdrawal on Monday , and to my utter amazement she did it.

BetChance (SBR rating D-) Update


The sportsbook has sent an email to players apologizing for "delayed payments and non availability of online chat during last few weeks" and states that a deal with new investors is in the works and should be finalized soon. Players hold out hope that the book will be able to regroup although long-time SBR readers realize that when a book admits it is looking to investors it is often too late to recover funds and may be a sign that the book is shifting blame to anonymous principals. Hundreds of BetChance complaints have flooded the SBR mailbox within the past two months. The most recent example of a book failing to obtain new investors is Premierbet (SBR rating D-) which is in no-pay mode and also leaving players fearing the worst. If BetChance is fortunate enough to receive new funding, players would be best served to continue to aggressively pursue their full balance.

Nobody can help us with betchance.I ll prayer for luck but this situation is bad.There is no instution that can handle with them.If they broke LGA will not answer our mails.I recommend of not using Malta based bookmakers.

Finally really good news:

Mario Galea, Chief Executive of the LGA (Maltese Bond) told Bookmakersreview.com that Betchance have transferred 25K Euros to their Moneybookers-account to start paying out again. And he also confirmed that new shareholders signed up to provide even more money to finally pay off everyone. Although it is going to be a slow process of perhaps some months, but everyone will eventually get paid.

Emails, and one phone call.

But I wouldn't count on receiving your money in the next weeks (it will take more than 1 month I guess) because it dates from "only" 4 September. They are now around middle August with the payments.
