Well I can understand the confusion, but if you go to the banking page it is clear that they only give a 10% bonus for cc deposits. The same with Moneybookers and Neteller deposits I think. I remember I was about to deposit with them but then saw that they discriminated based on deposit method. Because they are so damn expensive I wouldn't play there without the 40% deal.

Veterans know that CC deposits usually get no bonus, or little bonus. Even upon sign up.

Did you ask them just to reverse your card charges? That's what I would do if I did not get what I expected.
