    Default Bwin problem

    Hello

Today I try to log in to this bookmaker and it says my account disabled. Then I contacted them and they said that I have to resolve the problem with Moneybookers(I have account over there which is limited and I need to send certifited copy of ID to to Moneybookers by snail mail to open that Moneybookers account, but I cannot send it for some reasons). Why do bwin care about this? No other bookmaker would do such a lousy thing, Unibet has never done this to me, I always managed to change that Moneybookers account when needed to. I currently have no funds in my account, which is good, because it would be bigger hassle then.

It is easy for you to say, but Bwin offers some markets other bookies don't have

It seems that bwin tries to disappear with our money?

Here the short story...today I wanted to withdraw EURO 600 EURO from my account and when I tried to log to my account it said “Your account has been disabled, please contact customer service”.

I’m afraid they will re-open my account and will not pay me the funds which I have in the account balance (about 2,100 EURO).
I managed to win EURO 700 in few days and they disabled my account.
If you have money with companies from Bwin Group would be better to withdraw your money if you still can...I have seen in other thread another person who can not withdraw the money from betoto.com a subsidiary of Bwin.

Is this the first time you ask for a withdrawal and did you already send ID for verification?

That would be because that person looks like they've been multi-accounting. If that's not a concern in your situation, you have no worries.

I've been playing at Bwin for over a year, made hundreds of bets, and have had no problems. Only ever had 1 misgraded wager, which was corrected within 2 hrs of me e-mailing them about it. Why do Europeans try to scam Bwin? Surely there's plenty of other books to try and scam, if that's your thing....

I told you that today I did not managed to access my account so I did do any withdrawals requests. I wanted to do my first request today. I sent them a copy of my ID card when I opened the account they did not tell me anything until know. Something is fishy with Bwin....I hope they will give me the money from my balance.

Good advice, meanwhile staying away from them, I was just thinking about a deposit from another account. But will use Unibet instead. Never had problems with them, been some wrongly settled bets and even a 24 hour delay with 1 bet that was settled as won instead of lost(their corners count just went wrong on a soccer game). I think it is something fishy with Bwin, actually I had problems with that Moneybookers account before and Bwin didn't spot it. And why did they spot it today?
    Something uncertain going on there
To me that's one of the ridiculous reasons ever to close your account

Biggest problem still is that I cannot deposit to Bwin quickly from another source that Moneybookers. I would have to wait days with a normal bank transfer and I don't like that

So, because you are too lazy / unable to verify your moneybookers account something is wrong with bwin?
I'm not a big fan of bwin, far from it, but your reasoning is plain stupid.

I have information that yesterday they closed many users accounts so. Most users in Eastern Europe seems. What is the reason is not clear yet.

I can but it's just too complicated, because that Moneybookers account is exactly not in my name and other family member just refuses to help getting money out of that MB account. I also have to pay about 6-7 euros to get that certified copy of document in notary. And no way I am going to pay this just to open a Bwin account. There is a easier way always

And IMO not all the bookies copreate with MB. Bwin have done some very strange things lately, so it is best just to stay away from them. Who do they think they are? Some gods from heaven? No way! There are other bookies over there also!

I can't wait for your next thread complaining about a bookie when it's your own stupid fault.

bwin interactive entertainment AG is Austrian company that develop games (cover real scam) while bwin which steals and defrauds all winning customers and is based in Gibraltar port is a subsiadary of Austrian bwin, as being offshore crook book bwin don't has to pay winners nothing and they can steal all the money from all the accounts just like Madoff because offshore crook bookies don't have any regulations and in many books saftware they use is fraudulent and nothing can be done. bwin has altogether about 6 different companies even one in China to defraud chinese speaking players.
Bwin are criminals and they will go bust and their bosses will go to jail but because they stole millions already they will bribe judges and serve few years max...............................

Ah Wild West, I recognise your posting style.... are you the Israeli/German resident that had problems with a CC deposit in the summer, made all kinds of defamatory remarks against Bwin, and then got a letter from their legal dept? If not, you should check whether you and he are long lost relatives, as your choice of wording is uncanny.

I just think the person that started this thread is an idiot and poster XXX-007 is probably his brother.

Justin can help out if the complaint is legit.
