I just wanted to post about a few bright spots in my WagerHub experiences over the past few weeks. I have had an account since the days of the promo they did but finally made another deposit because Chuck put his money where his mouth was and guaranteed my payouts within 48 hours or he would put $100 in my account every day until I recieved it. Cant go wrong right?

Both Chuck and Tom both went out of their way to make sure I have had everything I need and Chuck even had my call forwarded to his house at 930 at night on his personal time to correct a play for me. That is excellent service in my opinion and I have been playing with online books for 17+ years.

On another note I called on Saturday about 15 minutes before the Nationwide race started because there were no lines posted and the manager found lines elsewhere and posted them so I could have action. That is also excellent service if you ask me. I have to admit that I was a bit scared of all the negative posts I have read here so I asked about each individual situation I had read about and they explained each situation in detail. It seems that there were sevaral players just taking shots at the book with fake names and several accounts etc.. and another player had a service logging into his account and wagering for him from across the country which is also illegal. I believe this book is just as solid as some of the larger books we play with and were getting some negative publicity for the wrong reasons. I still have money at several A-B books but WagerHub is proving to be a solid alternative in my stable of books.

I can say that I recieved the max $300 cash-out from the free-play with no problems. But a lot of others seemed to have had problems, so that raises a red flag to me. Chuck seems like a nice guy and is very professional though

They have explained all the complaints satisfactorily to me and have exceeded everything that they have promised me. I am going to keep them in my rotation until they give me a reason not too.

I started playing with them since December I have not had any problems with them yet. I have gotten all the payout I have asked for. They go out of way to do things for me all the time. If I ever need to talk to my VIP host Tom the CS reps will transfer the call to his cell phone. Tom has gone out of his way to get me some great bonuses. And every time he tells me he is going to call me back he does. Tom and Chuck are both nice guys and I think I will be with wagerhub for some time.

It seems to me that everybody got paid from the promo except for the cheaters that opened several accounts under different names and then couldnt produce ID when they got caught.

I agree Tom and Chuck work well together covering when the other guy is not there. Teamwork is imperative in their business because you cant work 7 days a week. Sometimes when I sent referrals to my old book account managers would steal them from the guy they were sent to but these guys are a solid team and never let you down.

They are not rated high on SBR because they are a new book and supposedly because they dont advertise on SBR like the A-B books. Imagine that!

I think a books grade should come from the players. We should get some input too because its our money being wagered with.

Is there a site where the players input affects the grade of a book? I know Covers lists members favorite books but that doesnt affect their grade.

I got a call from Tom because he saw my post asking Chuck to call me. Chuck was out so he was checking to see if he could help. I am going to Costa Rica in May for my honeymoon and plan to visit WagerHub and a few other books to see what is on the other end of the phone.

We inform each other about our experiences with these books but out bitching does almost nothing if a book is spending alot of cash here and Covers is even worse. Just thought that I would add a little something about Sam at WagerHub. She jumped through her ass to make something work out for me yesterday. You normallly dont get the type of service she provided anywhere that I have ever played. She is a jewel. If you ever need something done at this book she is a go to person in my opinion.
