I do not understand you. My IP is the same as the IP of other thousands users who are using the same internet provider. I do not have a unique IP for myself.

I told you that they do not want to pay me the winnings (EURO 13.700) and they returned me only the money which I have deposited (3.448 EURO).
I hope Justin will help me but if he can not help me I will submit the complain to Gibraltar Regulatory Authority who gave them the license and I'm ready to start a lawsuit.
I did not do any fraud and I have provided them all the documents and information they asked.
When I was losing and I have sent them question regarding the result of some bets everything was fine and they did not close my account. And now after I won they refuses to pay the money won without any explanation

What they are doing is a huge breach of consumer protection laws.

hello maria. i have similar problem with betoto. they wont pay me and they closed my account. i play alone. no one else at home. no other accounts, nothing. google it and u will find many complaints in many forums about this company. just stay away from it. did they pay you finally? i'm still trying to get my money.

I filled a complain to Gibraltar Regulatory Authority and Gibraltar Police. I had also to send the complains via post.
I have sent them all the documents (ID's, invoices etc) and now I'm waiting to see what will happen. They have no right to steal clients' money. I'm also in touch with a lawyer from Gibraltar and I think I will start also a lawsuit.
I will continue until I recover the money I won. I have also sent some complain to some journalist specialized in sports and betting. They have started a war against me and I will fight till the end.
I their rules is not stated that 2 members of the same family can not have an account.
Why they did not say anything during the 7 months when I bet? Punters risk their health, money etc and then they close the account and do not pay the winnings...this can not go like this.
If I will have I will go to CEDO and to European Commision for Gambling.
Guys do not let them to steal your money...

hey maria did you try ecogra.com? they solved my problem in 2 working days! i got paid today. of course betoto still treated me like a fool. they said that all the problem was a mistake... sorry but we r not stupid. anyway. have u tried it? i dont know if your problem will be solved though as its too much money... my issue was 414 euros

My 94 year old granny and my 104 year old grand grandfather often place the same bets as I do, as well!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!????????????? ? However, granny prefers Pinnacle anyway, so most likely that won't create any problems, grands on the other hand uses many Malta and Gibralta books, so I will have to tell him to be careful.
