Hello there,

I'm pretty new to this, started an account at www.betsafe.com

I transferred 1000 SEK to get 500 SEK in bonus, turn over requirement 5000 SEK.
I have turned over 1547.99 SEK, i.e. 3452.01 SEK remaining.

Below is my betting history:
10 feb 1.95 1500 SEK Vélez Sarsfield - Cruizero win 2925
11 feb 1.70 42.99 SEK Karatancheva, Sesil - Bychkova, Ekaterina win 73.08
14 feb 1.91 5 SEK West All Stars - East All Stars win 9.55

Bet number 2 was limited to 42.99 SEK (6$)
Bet number 3 was limited to 5 SEK (< 1$)

The support tells me that if I want to withdraw they will keep 33% of my winnings as I have not fulfilled the bonus requirement. BUt the do not give me any real option to fulfill this as they have limited me to 5 SEK / game and what it seems like 1 game /day... I have one additional 5 SEK bet pending....

Where and how do I file a complaint, as for me this is clearly cheating (am I wrong?), they advertise with a bonus that you do not get a realistic chance to clear. With the current limit it takes ~2years with a bet / day... This can't be reasonable as it is not stated in the terms and conditions.

I think they limited you from the first bet you placed.

Hi Jenny,

You may withdraw before turning over your bonus and loose only the bonus amount and not winnings profited from the bonus. An e mail has been sent to with more information.

they are safe, but they could only be a book for bonus whores, I cant see a reason for beting if it isnt for the bonus.As for the limits is there way of saying "you are not loser enought for us", with these small Eurobooks you dont have to be sharp for they limit, any punter with a good sucess in a specific Market will be cut off.

I used to have the same problem like you, Jenny!! They limited me to 10-15 eiros. But the leader is Interwetten! They have the smallest limits I've ever seen!!! It's impossible to win there more than 100 eiros!!!

I've still got some euro's in there but their minimum withdrawal is 30€.
At least Betsafe was decent enough to pay me under their limit to get rid of me when they gave me the boot.
