I'm back in here too now after being gone for a while. I like the new site, especially the part bonus/promo pages that are not way too cluttered with text. I suggested that they should do something like Sportbet's bonus page a few months ago, so I am glad to see they have finally done something about the old setup. You can now click on the offer you prefer and it will take you straight to the restrictions/details for that, so no longer have to read through pages of text to find what you are looking for.

I am glad to hear that payouts are still as quick as they were last year. I have fond memories of betting on baseball here so hopefully they will stick around!

Edit - CS is still fast. Bonus credited within a minute or two. I also had 3 replies to e-mails I sent and it didn't take more than 5 minutes to get a reply.

I made a very dumb blunder there at bet911 wanting to wager on Oz soccer on Adelaide and picking up wrong team in the hurry when Adelaide match was seconds away from KO, and it turned I had wagered on another Oz soccer team - Central Coast Mariners, who already lost their game, which finished earlier on before I placed the wager.

I only got to realize what a complete mess I made out of it when Adelaide won their game and I logged in to check if my wager was graded and so it was graded as lost on Central Coast Mariners. This s**t happened Friday early morning.

I fired off an email to Robert at bet911 telling him what happened and asking for his judgement and he then decided to void my play for 200$ and refunded me the money.

I have to tell, based on my experience, you`ll get a fair judgement from the man, if you happen to have a valid point.

To follow up on what Chopsticks said about bonuses. They are a little confusing.

Last time I deposited (yes, there have been a few of late lol) they offered me 30% with a 7X. I took it.

But two days back I noticed my juice had gone from -105 to -110. I complained, they said that is because of the fact I took the 30% bonus. I said I didn't know that would do that, last time I took 25% (yes, there have been a few deposits of late) it didn't change my juice.

So they moved my juice back to -105 last night while leaving my 30%. Nice. They didn't have to do that. It didn't help me any, since I lost all my bets anyway, but it was cool of them.

I agree their CS has been fine.

I am going to re-up today, but will get the promotion straight before I deposit. In the meantime, it was great they gave me the benefit of a doubt last time. It was appreciated.

I scanned through the site and it appears they still do, at least for moneybookers and neteller. Have to be requested mondays between 9am - 1pm ET to be free. For fedex cheque and ** (I think it was) they have to be requested mondays before 10AM ET. You should probably verify the times before cashing out. Back last year when I played there europeans could request their payouts on sundays within a certain timeframe as the 9am-1pm was a slight inconvenience for some, but I don't know if that is still allowed.

While surfing the new and updated site I came across this tidbit on the "About us" page, which I found a bit amusing to be honest. I wonder if this was a planned strategy or if it just kind of happened as they went along. I for one do not know about many CR bookies that "mainly caters to players from europe".

Bet911 mainly caters to players from Europe, but do have a number of clients not only from the states but around the world. The reason for so many players from Europe is for their great assortment of soccer from all around the world. Of course they have all the normal sports such as NFL, NBA, MLB as well.

The page also goes on to mention how they are looking to add more deposit methods for european players.

That entire page is written in third (?) person so I'm not sure they wrote it themselves. Doesn't really matter really.

I like that they are going the opposite direction of some other offshore bookies. While bookies like BetMania and WagerChief threw us (at least me) out, BOL don't want anything to do with us, Sports-1 basically took the p***, skybook, wagerweb and lots of others don't want to give us bonuses, various bookies places extra limitations on footy wagers for europeans, Bodog give us crappy lines and very limited options, Bet911 lives for the european player. Their logo have in the last few months popped up on a lot of different places that I would say is mainly frequented by europeans. It kind of looks out of place, but I like it!

All that said, it is probably still pretty easy to beat the Bet911 numbers on footy, and I guess that is why people are talking about being limited for "betting steam". They are obviously at a huge disadvantage if they don't keep up to speed on busy game days early in the morning CR time.

Edit - wow, I also just now saw their testimonial page and I am on there multiple times, as if Bet911 was my love child. I guess at the time I wrote some of those posts I did enjoy playing there very much. After being away from there for a while it will be interesting to see if it will be just as good this time around. Not the same without Carl though

Bet 911 goes through cycles....First they are great.....amonth later they suck.....then they decide to treat the players good again.Right now they are solid....next week....who knows.They are like a soap opera.

I kinda prefer The Heritage/Greek approach.

With that being said I still have an account there & play daily.If there is anything bad to report I sure as shit would.
