Default 7000 euros missing from betphoenix account

my story at BetPhoenix from this early afternoon:

I am supposed to have 17404 euros in my account and when I logged in today there was 16004 Euros. First I thought that they processed my withdrawal but when I checked my transactions I did not see anything there just the money became less (not sure about the numbers as every time I refreshed amount was lower).
After I logged in few times to old and new version to check my transactions and what is happening I contacted live chat:

It seems that somebody was playing at the same time while I was talking to livechat. I contacted of course in 2 hours, was told to try again in an hour and after 3-4 times I finally got a reply. The reply was that all the casino transactions were made from my IP address meaning that I probably got drunk at noon at lost it during livechat.
I asked when was the first time somebody logged in to my betphoenix account today and the answer was at 6:45 AM when my account was already blocked probably and was in minus few thousands euros.
I tried to check their casino afterwards to see what exactly happened but my account was already blocked so I cannot enter it in any way now. I am waiting for all plays, IPs, amounts etc from them in an email to come soon but I had to lose some steam.

If they claim that play has been made from your IP, you may have a serious identity theft problem. This is not common, but certainly not unheard of. I would definately do some serious investigating.

Yes I have and I also do a regular scan once a week or so. It seems that this other person was playing in casino during my livechat FROM MY IP address which I find hard to believe... the money was dissapearing right in front of my eyes with every refresh during the livechat!!!

I have just received the casino history from BP and I have attached it for everybody to see. I do not know the rules of craps so I cannot say anything but I really like how "I have hit hit bust at 20 or 18" in blackjack.

Also, the IP addresses they provided in the file are all AFTER the account was disabled and I was trying to access the casino to see what happened but the accoune was already disabled.

not sure what should be my next step

PJ, I don't understand a "non-posted" casino play. Surely, you've either won a hand / spin / whatever or lost it. It's not like sports, waiting for the game. At what point, other than the few seconds between the bet and the spin, etc. is it ever between your balance and being "posted"?

That aside, do they provide a detailed IP address account for the actual plays (I can't see the attachment properly, sorry) in the casino that lost funds?

In terms of global explanations for some of the recent issues, particularly yours and the guy from yesterday that had a bunch of his balance transferred to the casino, does anyone wonder if these recent problems could be caused by security issues with their new website? Perhaps it's much more hackable?

PJ, it might be worth PM'ing the guy from yesterday's thread to get the precise details of the exact explanation they gave him as to what they thought happened. Perhaps it could help you mount a case that the issue isn't with you?

I have no idea what a non-posted play is. No detailed IPs,they have sent me just my two IPs (same IP twice at 6:45 and 6:52 after the money was already lost) AFTER the account was disabled on my request as the CS did not know what is happening either. I just know, at least in blackjack, that somebody was trying really hard to lose money, hitting on 18 where dealer had 6 or hitting the soft 20 when dealer had 5.
However, I have no idea about craps but it would be nice for somebody to analyze if somebody was trying really hard to lose money there as well.

Wow....I actually talked to that April operator yesterday. I had a $100 freeplay and I had to play it on the super bowl, played the saints, funds were put in my account so I start a chat. I ask her what are the restrictions on this free play now that I have won? She tells me the bet can only be placed on the Super Bowl, and it has to be a straight bet on the side or total (which i put on the saints). I tell her, honey the Super Bowl was Sunday, the game is over.....How can an operator for a sports book not know that the Super Bowl was on Sunday and it is now over with?? Lol, either way I have to roll over 10x and max cashout is $300....I asked well, if I wager over $1000 what happens if Im up that? She tells me the rest is forfeited and you get $300.....I have never given my money to these guys and can care less if I win or lose this. But just wanted to share my story, sounds like a top notch books folks

My one conspiracy theory.... if they're hurting for $$, someone inside BP is trying to lose people's balances in the casino (based on your saying that the "player" was trying to lose on the casino games they played with your money), blame it on the account owner, and hope they get away with it, thus reducing the money they owe.

But that's a crazy conspiracy theory. I'd guess a security issue with the new website is much more likely.

The player took screen shots and has a live chat record. That's good. But he was down 3K at the time. And he lost another 4K during the chat.

So either he caught the hacker almost right away, or there is something else going on. Players are responsible for their own passwords. But aside from that, it would be easy to lose a few K from another IP address, contact the book as if the account is hacked, and then continue to lose at a steep rate by placing horrible bets in the casino.

This could have happened at any book, so in light of the smear campaign here at SBR forum against BP, I find it fascinating that, of all books, this should happen at BP.

But it would make no sense to lose 4K to try to get back 3K...

I am not accusing anybody of anything. I was treated nicely by them all the time and their CS was nothing but polite to me. I think that this was some drunk a$$hole who gets a boner of losing other people's money. or maybe some rogue employee trying to hurt their bussiness. Just want my money back and some kind of explanation.

I have been a big supporter of BP, but two of these threads in the same day with the same type of thing. I have to admit i am a bit nervous as i have a large balance there to. I have never had any problems, but this sounds a bit weird as to what is happening.

I'm not familiar with sportsbook casinos, so I don't even know if you can play directly against other players or not. (such as filtering funds through poker from one account to another).

It should be fairly easy for BP to look at the BJ hands and establish that somebody was losing money on purpose. My guess is that if there's no difference, in style of play, between the first 3K lost and the last 4K you should get your money back.

there were just 7 hands of BJ in which in two hands player hit soft 20 twice (with dealer having 9 and 5)
split K 10 with dealer having 6
and once hitting on 18 with dealer having 6.

in live blackjack the "player was not able" to lose so he soon quit (even he tried hard, hit soft 20, hit soft 18 and, one nice play, stand on 19). you would see what I am talking about if you open the file.
