My BETPHOENIX ACCOUNT HAS BEEN BROKEN INTO

I had asked them on live chat to block my access to the casino after reading this very thread, which I am thinking may have saved me a lot of grief.

The "hacker" placed a bunch of stupid bets (mostly parlays) on Tuesday, but only lost $183. He then placed many bets from 2:17 to 4:17 AM this morning, which I saw pending when I logged in at around 7:00 PM. I contacted CS immediately, and most of the games in question had not even started yet. In fact, most of them were NCAA tourney games (and NBA games, which I never bet).

Anyway, I am wondering what is going on with your issues? The OP and at least one other person has had this problem... what has happened??? And eavesdropper, could you PM me and let me know what your experience was?

I am assuming that my $183 will be refunded and my pending bets cancelled, but it kind of worries me to see no resolution here in this thread.

Scary to think Bet Phoenix has an employee copying account #'s and password's. Likes to wipe out players accounts with crazy casino play or parlays if your casino is disabled.

Who's next to log in to see their account balance wiped out at Bet Phoenix?

Bet Phoenix should be on the front page in bold black letters, "SECURITY ISSUES"..."PLAYERS ACCOUNT BALANCES BEING WIPED OUT"

betphoenix and mania has always paid me.

but with this thread i have taken the advice and had both betmania and phoenix casinos disabled just to be on the safe side. I don't need them anyways don't play casino unless its a free promo.


i do think funds are safe though at both books.

When you had your casino disabled did you have to give your username AND password? Also, keep in mind when the casino is disabled, the Bet Phoenix insider will then make a bunch of parlays to wipe your account out.

I am here, just stopped posting for personal reasons.

I got my money back a month later after this thread was started with an explanation that my IP address was probably hacked somehow. Since then I withdrew/transferred all my money and everything went smoothly after that.
if you ask me if I would ever again play there, maybe with bigger limits and low juice but probably not. however I would never keep that kind of money there again nor I would recommend them to my friends.
