I've met WR at Skybook. Have sent emails to CS and Mike asking for a payout by Neteller or Moneybookers. No response. Payout link on their site doesn't work for me (no options from the drop-down box) and requests from Neteller are automatically declined.

Yes try calling. My emails to Skybook end up unanswered half the time, too.

No Neteller payouts was enough for me to move along.

I finally got through on Live Chat.
I was told that I could have my money by Neteller, but it would take at least 4 weeks and max payout is $1000 a time.
or same day with ** ($68 fee) or ** ($61). Shocking service from a B rated book.

By the way, I was told Moneybookers wasn't even an option anymore.
So, they take Neteller deposits without question, but when it's time to pay up it takes them weeks
to give you your money and you only get it $1000 at a time.
