Yesterday my balance was ~3500 at BP. I login today and it's 98.65 and the funds have just disappeared?? I called support and they told me they were looking into it and to call back in 20 minutes.

When I click on last week's pending summary, it shows the bets I made, then it shows a large positive amount in the Casino???

I'm not really sure what to do here.

How about..... call back in 20 minutes. Let them work on the problem. Then if you don't get satisfaction, go to SBR and start a thread? Seems logical to me.

Guys, look, I know a lot of you don't believe me, but I'm not really sure what to do here.

Yesterday, my balance was sitting in the account and everything was fine, and I login today and it's gone and they're telling me "I won some last night and then lost it in the casino".

Has this happened to anyone before? Should I file an SBR report? Is there any recourse?

I hope this works out for you chantech, but you have to understand that we've seen this story before from people who were lying. Personally I believe you, and I'm sure SBR will at least look into it on your behalf. But until it's resolved I wouldn't expect much understanding from the guys on here.

Thanks, I appreciate it. I mean, if you look at the history of the account, I only bet NBA sides, and it's all opening lines, in the evening the night before, with very obvious bet amounts that are units of my BR. I think I've made 200 or 300 bets there all NBA sides, and that's it.

I also take meticulous records of all my bets and they're all in Excel and reconciled nightly with BP and Matchbook.

This case seems unique in that the player's history actually shows that he *won* a lot of money in the casino. He claims not to have even played the winning session and now his account balance shows a much lesser amount.

I have no idea...like I said, I've never been in their casino. The last time I logged in was during the Super Bowl to look at Super Bowl props so that my buddies and I could make stupid prop bets against each other.

The other thing I find shady about BP is when you call in, their CS reps ask for your password for account verification.

The implication here is that your account PW is in plain text for anyone who works as a CSR down there to see.

They should be able to do an ip trace for the casino action, time lgged in/out etc. If its Jose in CR, it would stand out, .

Like the poster said above, delete your photo, black out your id. Unfortunately people post their accts and pw's in the forums. I hope you haven't in the past.

Thats normal and makes sense, otherwise anyone with your userid could access your account. Like everyone can see yours in your photo above- please delete.

The casino and sportsbook account balance is one and the same, there is no transferring of funds between these 2 accounts )like in the SBR casino).

Wish we all had that problem, somebody gets a hold of your pw and wins in th casino. I think a while back Justin7 said his friend or relative won a lot of cash playing in the casino (at another book) without his knoweldge. That was a lucky break.

It seems to me Chantech doesn't really know what his balance should be.

Chantech, What was the beginning balance for the week? We could then apply your wins and losses for sports to get the correct figure.

I know exactly what my balance should be because I bet on both Matchbook and BetPhoenix and track every bet in a spreadsheet. I can just subtract my Matchbook balance from my current spreadsheet balance.

I should have 3422.67 in BP...give or take a few cents because Matchbook commissions are weird when I reconcile sometimes.

Everytime I call back they keep giving me the runaround. "Give us another 10 or 15 minutes", "We'll call you back in an hour", one time they hung up on me.

The only reason why I signed up with them to start was reduced juice...and an SBR A rating at the time.
