Heritage sent me an invite and wanted a $1000 minimum deposit... I'm more of a $200 depositor, so I passed on that.. 5dimes is ok... Never tried betmania

Betmania is a good little book. I love VIP but I think they are closed to new US players.

That is the easiest thing to answer. in US there are lot of good rec books , 5Dimes and BJ are probably first 2 that come in mind but I could name 10 books with no hesitation. What this industry in US is missing are the books who are ok with pro business. If you start to look on those , you only find 3 - Greek, Matchbook and BM.
