On Jan5th I asked for a free check withdrawl from BP,money was removed from my acct. on the7th,so I think everything is cool.
Jan. 19th,still no dough,start to get pissed off.
Jan. 21st,email Richard and call customer service where I receive a USPS tracking #.
Jan24th,get an email from USPS,last tracking status,letter in CA..WTF,it got there on the 8th
Jan. 27th,call Phoenix back and tell them the situation,they could have told me tough shit,it's a mail problem.They didn't,instead they issued a ** free of charge that I cashed yesterday.
Bottom line is through this whole ordeal,they were nothing but friendly and helpful,just thought that with all the bashing they receive,once in a while it's nice to give credit where credit is due.Apparently this is a standup outfit.

This was my first cashout, no complaints, still hoping they add B2B transfers with some of the big boys now that they've dropped Matchbook though.

Pretty sure they still do book to book with BFC (C-) and you wont be waiting 8 days for your payouts. Congrats on your payout JD!

That's why I said "the big boys," not BFC. I have no problem waiting 8 days, especially for a free payout, it would just be great if they did transfers with Greek, BetJM, 5Dimes, Bookmaker, etc.
