BetPhoenix Tennis Start Times are TERRIBLE
For the entire Australian Open, they have taken a ton of matches off the board before they ever started because whomever is in charge of putting the matches up apparently can't account for the average times of matches played before others on a court. For example, Serena Williams-Azarenka match is NOT LISTED while the Venus match is still going. Serena's match won't start for at least half an hour. Federer-Davydenko not listed.
Their customer service is decent, I chatted with one and asked them to put a match back up that hadn't started and they did - but for the most part, piss poor management. When you can get 2nd half lines up and down for basketball and football in the proper time frame, it's hard to believe they can't get this at least somewhere close to correct.

They are also slow to grade those wagers I had Roddick -1000 the other night and it took me having to ask through the live chat could they grade the wager

Yeah I have had that issue with some European basketball wagers. It's very inconsistent. I'll get one that gets graded upon completion of the game and then another that will sit in limbo for four hours. Again to their credit, if you talk to them they take care of you - but you shouldn't have to do that. The tennis stuff is just unbelievable. Federer and Davydenko won't play for 2 hours minimum and the match isn't listed. I don't know what start time they had, but it's horrible inaccurate.

There are companies that sell constant updates to start times, dunno why they haven't found them yet.

They're far from being alone in doing that
MOST bookies stick by a conservative estimate of start time and take the match down regardless of even rain delays such as happened on day 1
It's cheaper than employing staff to keep up to speed with what's happening in the real world

I understand that they have to estimate, but they don't adjust and that is my problem. If you adjust to the starting times for 2nd halves of games, you surely can adjust the starting times for the matches scheduled after a given match when they are scheduled on the same court and will obviously be starting later.
Even more ridiculous are the current lines they have for the semis tonight:
Henin -390
Zheng +214
Serena -600
Li +450
Compare that to Pinnacle, Zheng ML is off about +145! And Li off over +50! Even Bookmaker has it at +330 and +475. The Zheng one has to be a mistake, but still piss poor.

Just call and they will put a match back on the board for u. They did it last night for the Tsonga/Djokovic match. But EP I agree the lines are awful. Not as bad as a bodog, but pretty poor

I've done live chat to get line back up, my point is you should not have to do this. Another example tonight of just flat out laziness.
Start Time: Serena/Li 8:30pm ET
Start Time: Henin/Zheng 9:30pm ET
There is no way in hell that first match is over and warm-ups are done for the Henin match in 60 minutes. Even if there were two double bagels (6-0, 6-0) in the 1st match - it would NEVER start one hour after. That's just lazy for not checking these sorts of things. It's pretty standard to expect 1:30 for women's matches from one to the next and two hours for men's.

Oh yeah forgot to mention that plain as day on the Australian Open website, it states that the Serena match will start no sooner than 9:30pm ET. So both these matches will be off BetP's lines before one even starts.
