If you can't get through, check the number you dialed, and then check the website for all their numbers. If you get through with any number, they can usually get you to the right department.

If you still can't get through, grab another phone, preferably a hardline or one with another carrier, and that should do it unless the lines are down on their end.

In that case, everyone is sol until they fix it.

I have experienced phone issues like that at Phoenix 2-3 times. I just call back. Try another number or wait a minute.

It shouldn't be that way but that's the only thing I know to do.

yeah.. they have several #s and if one isnt answered, then try the other... they will eventually pick up.

i called in two plays last night, and both times the phone was answered right away.

Its seems like a lot of these comments on Bet Phoenix are just random stuff, that doesn't even need to be posted in a forum

Personally i use Greek, BP and 5 dimes for baseball, and i have never had a problem with any of those books, except for the time BP had website problems, but that is fixed.

I can say BP has given me the fastest payouts of any book i have used, i was paid with ** in less than three hours a couple of weeks ago, not bad.

Overall i think BP is a pretty solid book, at least it has been for me.

I'm holding off on going back into BP, but the above is a really good point. It's actually pretty ridiculous some of the things Richard has to defend, but to his credit he comes on here and tries to clear things up.

seriously though, I won't create another post about betphoenix even though this is first one I created..... I called in today....it rang long ass time before someone picked up the phone. I told them I would like to make a deposit by using prepaid cc..... lady transfer me to my account rep. The person who she transfer me wasn't my account rep who I usually talk with... this person asked me if I receive document to fill out for cc authorization. I said "no". then he said I would have to fill one out and send it to 4 different department along with my utility bill and copy of my cc and my most recent identification. I understand I have to send them the info but to 4 different departments?? wtf??? and he also asked me if I was going to do this right now so I can make a deposit....I told him this is way too much for me to do right now and I won't do it right this moment and just hung up.......
