I called about 10 days ago to Bet Phoenix to ask for the $100 Super Bowl bet and was accepted or qualified for it.I never looked back at the site and my account since now and it doesn't show up as free play.Do you have to call in to place the bet?

Many books require you to call in within 24 or 48 hours to have bonuses credited.
I always check the book right after to make sure they credit bonuses, and then stay on top of them (every 30 minutes or so) until they do.

You've been around awhile having 3000+ posts, so you know you have to contact the book to find out the details and get the situation straightened out.

I use the old version of BetPhoenix and when you log in it shows the freeplay separate from any funds you may have in your account. It just shows up as freeplay.

Whats everyone going to bet on tomorrow? I was leaning saints all week but not so sure now. I wonder if they would let you bet both sides, put $50 on both sides and you would have a guaranteed winner.

This promo was sent to people who had a covers.com account. If you don't have an account I'm not sure if you can get it or not. You can claim the bonus over live chat or emailing your account manager. Just mention your a covers member and you got the email about the bonus and they should give it to you. Probably your best bet would be to use the live chat.

I had to talk to my account manager to get this, but it was a easy process if you talk to your account manager. Just mention the covers email and you should get the $100 freeplay

i recommend getting it put in a bonus account too. that way it can't get mixed up with regular funds.

and from what i understand its a 10x rollover with max cashout of $300.

so hopefully win it, then make 20 $50 bets and hope you go 12-8...

I called about 4 times and finally got credited and placed my bet yesterday. They are ****ed up there in customer service but eventually you get the $100 freeplay. It will show up as a freeplay but it may take several tries to get them to actually put it in. Good Luck!

Have you tried talking to your BP account manager, cause I had to talk to mine to get it done and no one else wanted to do it.

Go to live chat and ask for george, he credited the free play in less then a minute. He will ask for a copy of the email from covers though.
