Default Pinnacle Withdrawal Problems (Moneybookers).....

Seems like a bizarre thread title given Pinnacle's stellar history, but indeed I am having significant trouble withdrawing from Pinnacle. Three times I have attempted via Moneybookers, and in each instance I recieved an email informing me that the withdrawal was declined to "technical error".

Anybody having, or had, a similar experience? I've made literally hundreds of transactions depositing and withdrawing from Pinnacle using Moneybookers over the years, so I'm at a total loss as to what the problem is here and am looking for any similar situation(s).

CS at Pinnacle have informed me they are working on the issue, but they seem as confused as I am. It is Pinnacle, so I've no doubt it will be resolved, but still a disconcerting situation.

Anyway, I've given up for tonight, but like I said any input regarding similar experiences would be appreciated.....

I'm sure it's fine blix, but it is a very unique situation anytime there is a problem (However slight) withdrawing from Pinnacle.....

It looks to me like Moneybookers are having the problem not Pinnacle. I just couldn't make a deposit at another book and their is another thread about a Moneybookers problem.

sometimes Pinny doesn't work with Mozilla /a tech error message/,
but works with IE. I'm pretty sure you have tryed it,but however..

I had exactly the same problem with Mansion, when they had the exchange.
They told me to withdraw from the poker.
don't know if this is possible from Pinny poker.

The withdrawal was processed successfully, soon after I retired for the evening in fact. As has been noted above, it appears that Moneybookers was having a hell of a time overall for a few hours last night.

Anyway, problem solved and Pinnacle back to it's usual smooth operation.....
