Default What is the best online book for my situation?

I lived in Vegas for a few years and was making good money while there betting on sports. However, some family issues have necessitated that I move back to the Midwest where I am from.
I have never bet sports online and I'm looking to open some online sports accounts and bet that way. I've done a bit of research to see which online sites appear to be the best but I wanted to see what everyone's opinion was here as far as what you thought was best for me.
I'll probably be opening accounts on up to 4 different sites. I anticipate having roughly $25,000 on each site. I generally wager to win 500 to 2000 per side or 500 to 1000 on totals for MLB, NBA, and NFL games.
So far it would appear that the best sites for US citizens are as follows (in no order):
    5 Dimes
    Bet Jamaica
    BookMaker
    The Greek

Obviously, I'd like to be able to get dime lines for MLB wagers and it is too bad Pinnacle doesn't allow US citizens or you could find those same dime lines for NBA and NFL too. I don't know of any other sites that offer dime lines for NBA or NFL open to US citizens. Anyway, these sites were all well rated at many online sports betting forums.
FIRST AND FOREMOST, I'd like to know how safe and easy it is to get money on and off of these sites. Can you please describe how you do so in the amounts I'm mentioning (25k at a time)? How quickly can you get money on and off and at what cost?
Are there any other additional sites I should consider besides the 4 I mentioned (given my needs regarding size of transfers and bet sizes)?
Lastly, I have bank accounts at the following banks can you tell me if any of them are better or worse to use in conjunction with these sportsbooks: Wells Fargo, BkofAma, US Bank, Fifth-Third Bank, and Regions Bank
Thank you very much in advance for your feedback.

check out matchbook (an exchange), low spreads, just might be a liquidity issue since you might be betting $1000+ per game
(also they don't accept bank wires from BkofAma)

replace 5dimes w/ matchbook and you should be fine, you won't be able to get that type of action down on 5dimes before they limit you

mostly europen site, they lower the limit as lower as they can. So it would be better to use Asian books

5 dimes and bet jamaica for bases. I'd add matchbook also

You will find better lines on Matchbook for MLB sides then anywhere else. Liquidity is fine for baseball sides and up to 2k' ish on totals.

I am only signed up with 5dimes and the greek from your list. I been happy with both currently. From the looks of your post you should go with The Greek.

Bookmaker or Greek....Matchbook is a good choice but liquidity has been such an issue, that i doubt you can really get that kind of $$$ down as often as youd like there...w/o laying some crazy juice

Take DSI instead of Bookmaker. Same family, but better for MLB.

Obviously, don't put 25K at Matchbook at this time.

THANKS FOR ALL THE GREAT REPLIES TO THIS COMPLEX QUESTION. THE INPUT IS GREATLY APPRECIATED.

ONE LAST QUESTION REGARDING FUNDING OF ONLINE SPORTSBOOKS -- WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO DO THAT CURRENTLY WITH WHAT I WOULD GUESS WOULD BE TRANSFERS ON AND OFF OF SITES IN THE RANGE OF 10K TO 25K? (ALSO ARE THERE CERTAIN US BANKS THIS WORKS BETTER WITH AND OTHERS THAT SHOULD BE AVOIDED (I BELIEVE SOME HAVE ALREADY SAID TO AVOID BkofAma).
