Hey looking for feedback from anyone that uses Bookmaker- How is the payout timing (most importantly) for the U.S? How do their bonuses work? Can I use my DC? Are they good bonuses? And any other thoughts on them would be much appreciated thanks!

-good customer service
-their basketball lines are out before anybody elses
-they grade fast
-well-designed site with a very user-friendly interface
-they have horse racing
-they have live chat

-they have slower payouts than some other books, and you can only request them on weekdays during business hours- even their ** takes 2 or 3 days to get to you.
-they send stuff to your house and call you
-their tennis options are lacking
-their casino is undoubtedly, most definitely, ridiculously crooked

Top five?......close, and they certainly have moved past BetPhoenix in the past 3.4 weeks in my personal ratings that entail everything in a sportsbook, safety being the first criteria.

It's a great book. They are especially good for bigger players due to high limits on so many different sports.

For smaller players, you should talk to them about withdrawal fees. They are great on payouts, but you'll pay an arm and a leg (relative to the withdrawal amount) for payouts.

don't be alarmed if a ** takes more than a couple of days, they state that in the payout section, but great , and from what i read a must for big players

I'm a small roller....they told me once a month check withdrawals are free. Betcris that is but its the same thing.

just deposited with them today I was supposed to get a 20% bonus an 10 poker tournament points, and only got the points so I called and they wasted no time to give me the 20% deposit plus an additional 5% and an extra 10 tournament point. I called to tell them about the error and was told merry christmas .

Top notch customer service just transferred my money to them from sportsbook.com due to sportsbooks piss poor customer service (bet like $50,000 plus with them in 6 months and still got zero love from them on the CS end)

could not have been happier with Bookmaker best decision I have ever made.
