Asian Bookies
I am looking to open up some accounts with solid, reputable asian bookies.
I noticed that a lot of them are not rated here at sportsbookreview.
Does anybody know who the major players (top 3-5) are, and could you give
me your opinion on how you would rate them (A, B, C, etc...) maybe cmopare to an offshore book that you would say is equivalent.
Thanks

SBO is excellent with limits from $371 to $2000 dependent on sport / league
188 good for soccer with high limits but much lower other sports in my experience
12bet and Mansion88 will quickly lower your limits ... I've been steadily reduced to $150 and $70 per bet with $300 and $210 maximums respectively and of course subject to price reduction between placing the bets necessary to reach those maximums
Any other worthwhile books (apart from Pinnacle and Betfair) for soccer and Asian handicaps?

Apart from Pinnacle and BetFair, it should be Victor Chandler, they offer very good asian handicaps as well as other sports! and they don't simply cut ur limits!

ROFL!!
they are probably close to being the bookie who most quickly made it a waste of my tiime trying to get a decent sized wager on .... would have to be close the worst I've ever come across and I've sacked close to 50 bookies
don't bother wasting your time trying them out
actually you may be right in saying they don't simply cut your limts ... their limist are a bloody joke from the start . there's not much left to cut

If there is no special reason for your low limits I am sure you can get higher limits if you ask them.

SBOBet do increase limits if you ask them. They might restrict the increased limits to major leagues only, though.

Yeah even 5 dimes reduced their betting limits. I thought it is only applicable to asian books. But now even EUROPEAN have same procedure.

I can't understand that.
Every time I take one of their $370 or $740 limits they immediately cut the price so I can't hit it again at the same price. Why would they increase those limits simply because I request it and take away their ability to limit me?
I've never had a bookie raise my limits when I've complained about them being too low.
The $2000 limits on the major leagues doesn't bother me as I'd only very rarely want to bet more than that.

They are a soccer book. If you play lets say NCAA Basketball or others you will have very small limits. The only trick which may help to get higher limits is the following: Lets say you have a limit of 500 USD, then you could place about 100 without to change the line and then again try 500. It's on you to find out a good formula for this.

If you mean the limits for 1X2 odds 2000 USD should be normal. But if you play AH odds limits of major leagues should be much higher.

thanks for that tip Kiwi
actually I had thought about it but was concerned that they would reduce the price after the $100 bet

No, don't generally bet 1X2, the $2000 is the max limit I have for AH play .. but that's enough for me at this stage

In my experience the line move thing is just a precaution. Often if you take a max bet at odds of say, 2.00, they will move the line to 1.95. More often than not, however it will be moved back up within 5-10 mins.
It is quite clear to me that SBOBets system places bets/offers automatically on Betfair, on many occasions I have placed max. bets at SBOBet and seen a corresponding bet almost immediately at Betfair. When these bets are 5-6 hours before kick-off they are quite visible and obvious.

I would recommend 188bet and SBO, never had any problems with either.
Loved the comment about Victor Chandler - placing one asian handicap bet with them marks you out as something other than a standard punter (most of the guys who bet there struggle to tie their shoelaces, which makes the intricacies of AH a bit beyond them) and your account is immediately limited and rendered worthless.
