Just wondering what people think about sites who use local agents to payout and collect. Sites like betcaribbeansports.com and others. The site with the 800 number is just the accounting and taking and processing bets. However the agents are responsible for paying and collecting. Are the agents backed by anyone? If the agent doesnt pay is there any recourse? Any help would be appreciated. They seem very willing to give out credit, and so far I have been paid but I have been betting very small. I would like to bet large but am concerned

Large books have credit operations but you have to have deep pockets playing on credit with a street bookie can prove dangerous if you lose and dont want to pay and if you win he may skip town .Just post up at a book choose from the banners and you wont be sorry

I agree offshore is good.

I do use a local though but have known him for 10 years and is great at this business so i dont have much worry. If it was anyone else I would probably just do offshore exclusively. Another thing is my local lacks alot of lines offshore has, among other things

A lot of bookies use PPH shops which is just a site that their players use for 24/7 action so the bookie does not have to man a phone all the time.

Those sites all state that is their only deal and in no way responsible for any money transactions.

You basically are dealing with the agent/bookie.

agent = local bookie. the sites are trunkey operations. anyone can be an agent if you got $ and customers. say about $10,000 and players that wanna take your $. no recourse at all usually. turnkeys usually rank D or so... play post p. bookmaker, Bodog etc.
