Last Wesnesday 1/6/10 I made a Moneybookers payout here via Web´s cashier.

Past Monday, I answer about in Chat. They said to me I had a problem with a bonus rollover I had ( I had an 1/1/01 customer service E-mail with my pending rollover, but It was wrong). I made new bet and finished it. In chat sayd to me my payout will be urgent and I have it in less than 2 days. (I´ve chat copy in Spanish, I can up it here).

Wednesday, Friday and today, chat´s said to me: (I have copy too in English)

- I will be paid in less than 3 days.They said it: Monday, Wednesday...

- I only can have one payment at same time. Only when I will have money in MB account, I can order another..

-Web´s Cashier are not enable for payments.


I believe that BP was a serious bookie, but I am starting to afraid for my money, but I´ve 6800€ here.I only want 1/3 of my money , but if I must wait more a week to be payment, I will withdraw all to more serious bookies with similars odds and pay in less than one day.

I hope they arent trying to slowroll you I think they are having processor problems plus I have been hearing they are trying to do business in all us dollars.They do tranfers to matchbook and I think Cris which is Bookmaker I recommend that you transfer to Bookmaker because they have dropped the rollover requirement for incoming transfers and you can immediately withdraw the funds you transferred

They have dropped the rollover requirement which is rare and yes you can withdraw immedialty

wow , that is good to hear, to have a quality book like that with no rollover, that would be the way to go

I suspect that when they introduced their new policies about Europeans only getting 1 account, worse odds etc they had a mass of withdrawals, and most of them would be via Moneybookers, so perhaps they got caught short for MB balance.

I requested a new MB payout yesterday. They said to me I´ll have it next Tuesday (exactly,one week waiting) because 2758€ is maximun MB payout for week.

I answer too about bookie to bookie transfer (I don´t like bookies offered) and Neteller´s payouts, whom in time waiting are the same than MB .

I requested a payout today, is my first payout request and my last, because betphoenix, no thanks!
They will charge my payout with a 14 euros fee, is ridiculous to a moneybookers payout, never seen nothing like this.
And told me that they are experience some problems and my payout could take 2 or 3 weeks :S
Ridiculous for a book like phoenix, that use to be a good book. After my payout i will stay away from this bookie.

One week later I have been paid. Today I received second 2758€ (14 fee) pay.

If itsn´t problems, next tuesday I will receive last pay, and I finish with this slow-pay nightmare.
