requested a payout at 27.01. / 22:00 over moneybookers.
no payment up to now.
never made such an experience with any other book (d / c /- rated books too).
normally i received my money from 'bad' books in 24-48 hours, but 14 days waiting time.

14 days wait is disconcerting. Way too long for any book.

yep, and the amount is ONLY $170.

Hi
I made a request for a payout from BetPhoenix last Tuesday, 7 days ago and still have not received a payment into my Moneybookers account as yet. I have contacted them a number of times by live chat and have been told that Moneybookers takes 5-7 business days for payouts. I dont understand why as other companies are much quicker. Take for example Pinnaclesports. My money is in my account within 1 hour of the request, so how come BetPhoenix cant do the same? I am a new customer with them and only opened the account after seeing the B- rating on SBR. This needs to be changed. As one of the customers stung by Shilbet who were also in Costa Rica I am now very concerned.

Moneybookers is immediate process however I think moneybookers got problem now a days they have some delayed in transferring funds, But I guess its not take as 7 days or more.

I received my money without any problem!
I spoke with my manager of account (Jason Galloway) and quickly I received my money!
I have more of 15k in my account and I feel myself completely insurance in the Betphoenix!
