I made a registration in GlobetSport, I deposited 100 euros and after bet around 700 euros (and lost my deposit) I send a mail to claim the 100 euros bonus (100% deposit bonus). For me surprise, they reply said that I’m not allowed to get the Bonus because “my account was related with other account”. After another email, they reply and said that I used the same IP that other account. This is false. 1) Was the first time that I opened an account with Globetsport. 2) I used my personal PC and only my personal internet. 3) I never used another PC or internet access (public etc). After another complaint, The final response was: was detected other two accounts (not one, as said before, but two) that used the dynamical IP range between “93.102.0.0 a 93.102.127.255“. I already send a complaint to SBR. What I can do more?
