bet Jamaica loyalty rewards
he does anyone else having a hard time getting your 100 bet free play bonus from bet Jamaica i have made like 200 and nothing has showed up emailed them and said they would review my account and still nothing....anyone else have a problem? loyalty |

Never, usually the same day or the next, 12:00- 4:00 pm M-F they will review your acct. and your free play will be there. Never a problem.

Their email response to questions abt stuff like this is usually kind of spotty. I usually wait abt a day and send it again. Uncanny how the second one usually gets responded to. Been that way for a long time. minor hassle, but the loyalty reward angle is really a nice touch. Wish more places did this.

bet jamaica without doubt has some very weak spots... The terrible e-mails response, the spotty on line chat, and the complete ridicuous fact that claim not to keep the roll over amounts up to date...and you sit there and time out/hang up in live chat...terrible!
Hopefully someone from BJ reads this and has a response... I have started looking for another book...

i have never had one problem with getting these credited all you need to do is email them and its done in under a couple hours at the most if you have one coming to you.
and i always ask if i don't have one coming for them to tell me how many more plays then when i log in i usually get a pop up stating 20 plays etc..
