Default I just made a $9600 withdrawl request at sportsbook.com

I see there is alot of posts/feedbacks for Sportsbook.com so I figured Id start a thread on my experience. At this point I requested a $9600 withdrawal via wire transfer into my bank account. Customer serivice was very helpful and patient walking me thru the process, and my request is pending. I will continue to update everyone here as to how long the process takes and will leave my overall rating on the experience at the conclusion of the withdrawal. So far, at this early process id rate sportsbook.com an A+ at this point based soley on the very helpful customer service. Ill be back in the projected 5-7 business days for sportsbooks.com to process my withdrawal and grade accordingly.

Their CS, while incompetent, typically toes the party line and doesn't lie to you. As pathetic as this is, someone who is just overtly unhelpful is superior to outright lies (BetOnline, BetPhoenix, a litany of slow pays) or deceptive through stupidity (Cris). So just being a moran and spamming form responses is probably a B grade in the industry.

Based on your criteria, Betcascade is an A+ too. Lenny can be real nice while stealing your money. As far as SB.com, they are selective crooks, so you might get paid. Still, you should have your head examined for keeping five figures at a Book that has stolen in the past.

You sound like you are an employee at sportsbook.com. That being said I have never had a problem there whatsoever.

Their *** and Wires after verification are quite possibly the fastest non-A rated in the industry. Their checks have massive problems. Lets not muddle the different options.

I never had a problem with payouts from them. I have taken 2.5k checks around 5-6 times from them...all have cleared.

Have you had any recent check experiences? My last one went smoothly, but it was several months ago. Feel free to use PM if you prefer. Thanks!

I never did understand why Sportsbook.com was rated so low, I never had any payout problems with them, however that was many years ago.

I kind of liked their site.

They've stolen a ton of money from players and are (were? Now potentially just very slow) epic slow with check payouts.

    Stolen money from players???

Exactly how does a sportsbook "steal money" from players and remain in business???

    I don't believe everything I hear.

I don't know. Why don't you try reading their newsfeed?

Because I don't care as I don't do business with them anymore.

Was just stating you shouldn't believe every damned thing you hear.

"They stole a bunch of peoples money, boohoo" yea whatever

I'm unsure what you're trying to say. Are you calling me a liar? Calling SBR a liar? Alleging that multiple people got together to damage the name of the Jazette group and that SBR is complicit in this "scam"?

Or are you just being a jerk?

I'm just saying claims that "They stole a bunch of peoples money", just doesn't sound right to me.

SO what are you saying exactly? People logged into their accounts and one day their money was just gone?

Where are these alleged reports of theft???

Why don't you read the newsfeed from SBR where they explain this sort of stuff... Like I suggested 10 minutes ago.

I am very happy and please to say today 1/20/10 i received my wire transfer for $9600 from sportsbook.com . Although I do agree with some the time frame is slower than others, they did 100% payout my withdrawal request in LESS than the estimated time frame. For this I give sportsbook.com and A+ for overall payout satisfaction. I now recommend this site to anyone with total confidence

    THANKS SPORTSBOOK.COM!!!

I requested over a dime and while the wire procedures were inadequate I did receive my wire in 5 days from start till finish.
I did get paid and why not setup 1 time wire instead of guessing if checks will clear from a processor?

Funny you wait till the OP gets his money before responding. Big Deal, SB paid out on a withdrawal request--isn't this what decent Books are supposed to do? Sounds like you were shocked they paid.
