I have been playing at BetFirstClass for about 6 months. Judge helped me with a free monthly payout this week. I requested the payout in the morning, and got the ** reference number in the afternoon. I have never received a free same day ** payout from any other books. I greatly appreciate the customer service and fast payout.

I sent them an e-mail last night with some queries.. no answer yet. Not gonna harass them, but if they can't respond to my e-mail before the weekend has passed I won't be signing up. Not because of poor service, but because I will take that as a "we don't want anyone like that (based on e-mail content) here, so we won't even bother to reply to your e-mail"..

A lot of good stuff posted on them from people who actually play there. Not so much from people who don't.

xyz... do you work for betfirstclass??? this is 2nd thread you created saying how good their service is.... and yet sbr rating is D+..... if you did get great service and received your winnings fast, that's great to hear. But if I was you, I would stay far far away from them.... you might create a thread saying how betfirstclass stole your money.... good luck with D+ book!

I don't work there college pro and they paid me $1100 in six minutes yesterday. I have never heard of anyone not being paid there in a timely manner.

I am sorry that you are bothered by a poster sharing a positive experience with a "D" book but it might interest you to know that SBR upgrade BFC's rating to C- last month and Peep is right. you will not find a BFC customer who has not been promptly paid when requesting a withdrawal.

No one has a problem when a poster conveys his/her experience w/ a book. When the same poster basically makes the same exact post you start to wonder if they are a shill, work for the book, are just lonely, or have a bad memory.

I note that you deposit and withdraw by moneybookers here and I was thinking of doing the same.

However a rule on deposits on their site states because you will only get the funds you deposit minus any service fee their bank charges for BFC to get the money transferred to them from moneybookers. So in effect if you deposit $500 you could end up only having $480 to play with if their bank charges $20 (I have no idea). But in another rule (right above or below) it says that BFC covers fees for deposits over $500, and deposits over $500 also makes you elligible for one free payout per month. But I am kind of in doubt whether or not the free payout and covering of fees applies to moneybookers even if you do deposit $500 or more, as they have a specific rule singling out that method.


That was one of the questions I had in my e-mail, but I was told to call in and talk to some guy named Steve. Will of course do it but more convenient if someone here has any actual experience with this

BFC has never charged me anything for a moneybookers deposit or withdrawal. Some have been under $500. I would IM Judge, make a deal with him. He will live up to that from my experience.

Well with about 20 or so books rated c that aren't even open or changed web addresses, this wouldn't make me feel really fuzzy about the sbr grade system.

robmpink, I can say with confidence that while not perfect, SBR's sportsbook ratings are certainly the most comprehensive in the industry and have been for quite some time. The staff here has proven to me that they take their watchdog role very seriously and while they may at times err on the side of caution, are generally very fair with their opinions.

Regarding BFC's own entrance into the SBR rating guide, I initially had considerable problems with SBR's stance but have since learned that their approach is a systematic one and that the burden is on the shop in question to demonstrate their trustworthiness.

At BetFirstClass, we realized that the onus was upon ourselves to provide a track record of dependable service to our customers and that given time, our performance would speak for itself. I remember when they came out of the box a few years back and just laughed. Now they have new management stemming from the Lines2Bet purchase that puts them in a much more professional light, still offer same day payouts out, and have recently been upgraded. Overall, its a good shop that actually earned its place here. If they continue this path I would assume they should be in the B range sooner then later.
