    I'm not saying they're thieves. Look back at the previous comments I've made about Bookmaker. Its just that what they say doesn't match what they do and it pisses me off. What is a "week"? Is that like a Monday through Sunday period or is it 7 ****ing days? Just be ****ing clear. Stop intentional deception. Bookmaker is the ****ing worst about this, I can see several of their verbiage changes that I've directly contributed to by bitching. And if I can contribute a few more, I will.

    To avoid future misunderstandings, why don't you post clear and coherent policies without deceptive language. I know I'm asking a lot of you. Honesty, clarity, etc, but please try to be understanding.

    I was finally paid. They robbed me of $60. If they do not respond, I will file a SBR complaint. This is ridiculous.

    Here is how my problem was resolved:

    1) Ask politely in live chat. Ignored for > 8 hours. (Went to bed and left window open to check.)
    2) Ask the next morning. Am told that CS cannot do anything and to wait for management.
    3) Ask in the morning. Management not there. She refuses to help me. Call CS a oyster. Eventually they find exactly what I claimed (initiated payout on free day and was told it was free via live chat.)

    So I have a CS who outright lies to me, another who ignores me, and then one I have to berate into helping me to simply verify my claims (read a chat log, check a date). I feel this is the way that the BetPhoenix group intends to operate.

    Considering that polite conversation failed 3 times. It appeared that beratement was the only thing they responded to.

    I requested a w/d on friday and CS told me he will transfer it on monday to the accounting department.

    but my account shows 0 pending payouts
    and when I asked if the payout is pending
    live chat didn't answer anything,
    even a single word.

    these guys know how to make reputation.
