    Default Bwin account disabled

First of all, i don't have any "friend bonus" at bwin, because i never referred anyone. I also never tried to withdraw money from them, so i never needed to send my ID, so the date of birth isn't the problem. I never cheated (like that's possible) and never broke any rules. And this is what happened:

Today i try to log in and this message appears: "This account has been disabled. Please contact our Support Team".

I can only guess why they disabled it, they see me as a threat because i am winning some money at their skillgames. I had nearly 100 euros in my account. It is absurd to close an account without any reason, when i lose money they never close it but when i find a game that i am good and win money they close it. Very unprofessional. I hope they at least give me my money back, otherwise they are stealing from me. Sent an email, without any answer from them.

Any ideas on how to solve the situation?
From your experience is it likely that i get my money back?

    Thanks

You'll get your money, but they don't want, as they don't like winners

Did you contact them? Most account closures are related to ID fraud or payment fraud.

I think that you should assume nothing ... first thing first ... just contact customer service and see whats their story.

Please do not forget to update us... we may be able to help.

Yes i contacted them. I am waiting for an answer. It can't be ID fraud because i have only one account and i didn't even try to withdraw any money.

Payment fraud? I don't know what that is. When i made any deposits i used virtual ************ witch is the same thing as a real CC but it is to use only once, it is like a descartable card. So, in total i made 4 deposits (sum=60 euros) during one year. In those 4 deposits the CC numbers were different but they all have my name.

I finally got an answer from bwin, but it is an automatic answer:

    "Dear Mr. ****,

    Thank you for your e-mail.

We regret to inform you that your account is currently under investigation. As soon as the investigation is finished, we will contact you again.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

    Kind regards,

    Your bwin customer service team"

I googled and there are a lot of people that received an automatic email like this. Many of them say bwin in the end gave them no reason why they had closed their accounts and also said they wouldn't get the money back. I really hope they don't do this to me, because it is unfair to get rich doing this.

Shadowmaster, let them do the investigation which can take a few days... if you are clean (which you seem to be) then you are safe.

They don't like winners. That is a fact. No bookmaker likes winners, but they have to respect them, and i believe some of them do.

I bet they will find nothing wrong with my account and they will give me no justification or reopen the account. If i get my money back it will be lucky, but still they won't allow me to play there anymore, which is sad.

As I mentioned in previous post, I have withdrawan tens of thousands of dollars from them over the years and I havent had a problem ... so not liking winners is one thing and paying your wins is another ... so if they dont pay you and you are clean I will be very surprised

Dont get me wrong Bwin are not the nicest bunch of people, but they do pay and I never had an issue getting paid from them.
