Hello all. I play in IASbet. When I try to withdraw my money, I send to them my sertifed docs (more 100 points), but IASbet say that can't open my docs. Sending docs format: jpeg, jp2, gif, doc. So, I think that is impossiple "can't open"!!! All my friends can open and also docs.google.com exellent open my file. What I need to do? Thanks for any help!

IAS bet is the same group of Canbet, they are thieves, Canbet stoled me my winnings.
If you want to withdrawal your winnings you gone a have problems because they dont like players that win.
Probably they had open the documents but they don't want to pay you. Probably they will get an excuse to don't pay you.
I wish you could receive your payment, but it won't be easy.

I am sure it will sort itself out. Despite whato ther people here may say, IASbet is a solid book. Canbet on the other hand is a very dodgy book.

I had a £900 payout end of september and a £300 payout early december. Both came through in about a day and a half.

They can open the documents. Dont think for a second that their computers are good enough to run gaming software but old enough to have no programs to open youe files.

I would suggest you save them as .pdfs if you can. It's even less likely, I would have thought, that they'd have trouble with those.

After more than 15 letters with docs they said, that all ok and now they check it. So, wait.

So, it magic - after 2 days of posting on SBR forum and after 10 minutes tald with live sapport, I have 100 points from docs. So, now wait withdraw.
Untill posting here i try to send docs for them in 17 mails over the time of 7 days.

Well the first part has now been proved correct and yes you are also correct re IAS being a solid reputable book. They are (unfortunately) now owned by Paddy Power so how long they continue to accept decent sized wagers only time will tell.

I try to get them link in http://docs.google.com but they said that I have to send them docs, but not link. ))

All OK now. They pay out 400 usd.
